Amazing location, exceptional friendly staff, great breakfast! I'm sure we are going to visit again! Really wish we could spend there more time!

Our room was in a new building, very modern and comfortable, with an elevator and underground garage. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, other services of high quality.

We arrived on a family trip in Austria, the last 3 days we decided to spend in KAPRUN . I booked two rooms in the hotel
I chose to upgrade one room and a regular room
But when I got the room, it turned out to be old, small, cramped, cramped, claustrophobic, a very small shower.
In practice I paid for an expensive room and received an outdated room. which is cheaper
I was very disappointed and the whole experience of the trip was damaged
The breakfast was also reasonable minus
I would expect to receive compensation from the hotel for the mental anguish
To positively mention the smiling receptionist that I explained my complaint during check out
Willing to visit Austria again but not at this hotel
Of course I won't recommend it to my thousands of followers on social media

Absolutely loved loved this hotel. They thought of every single thing. Really enjoyed my stay. And the cats are an absolute plus!

The place is elegant, well-designed, has a great atmosphere. Stuff was nice even though they were quite busy with organising a party for a group of other guests. The room was excellent and really clean. Breakfast was correct. The view and the landscape is spectacular all around. Easy to reach cable cars and hiking routes nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal, right next to the main lift. The hotel was really nicely appointed and breakfast was excellent!
The beds were a little firm for me but I'm a particular fussy sleeper! The hotel had only been open a few months when we stayed so i suspect with time they will soften.

It is a great experience to spend your holidays in People's Hotel . Everybody was so polite and kind . The room was warm and very stylish , with a remarkable view of the mount .

The location is amazing. right opposite the ski lift. The hotel even has ski and boot facilities so no need to hire a locker.

Great location, in the center of Kaprun, few steps to the cableway, supermarket and restaurants, tastefully furnished, very good breakfast, very kind staff.
I missed a fridge and a kettle in the room.

Excellent hotel, staff incredible, very classy and modern, even though the room was bit too small, but overall excellent experience. Not even 200 meters from the main ski lift wowwwww what a luxury :)
The ONLY thing I did not like was the fact that we had to pay for parking underground! This is not very customer oriented more its money oriented. Parking for this type of a hotel should be free as a part of customer service and stay.
Having to pay for parking, still do not get it how a hotel of this caliber charges for parking. Beyond logic.

Very kind staff, clean and nice room
In the price it was included the Kaprun Summer card which gave us free entrance to many facilities and the public transportation was free of charge in the whole Zell am See area.
I highly recommend!

The advertised breakfast was not possible due to the construction nearby (listing should be removed)

Perfect location with nice balcony view. Very kind personal. Near to bus station and lift. Nice ski room with ski boots heater.Everything was nice. I would like to recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was great - spacious. Everything was great, but the pillow was very flat. I asked for one additional, it was no problem. The breakfast was very good, but I would appreciate to have better variety of sweet pastry. I can just recommend the hotel.
