Beds were comfotable, room was clean as were the bathrooms / shower

The hotel was absolutely lovely. Very clean room. We had a beautiful room with a private bathroom and a little balcony with a view. The fact that I heard the train passing by or some noise from people walking above (since it’s like an old style pension) didn’t bother me because the staff and hotel were incredibly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also pretty good 😊

Stinky entrance and low floors corridors. PS. Apparently some sewage pipeline needs to be improved.

The best place to stay in Lauterbrunnen. Quality food, preferred by the locals in the evenings, and excellent breakfast. Always good to be back. 👍🏻

The view was amazing.

We went to have dinner in the restaurant but didn't pre book. One of the ladies was super rude and instead of saying what time we could come back, she just said they were fully booked and kept walking away from us. We then asked someone else who was still very blunt but managed to find out when the next table would be available. I understand they were busy and probably stressed but there is no need to be rude!
