The location

My stay at Aspen was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff exuded arrogance and made us feel unwelcome. The unprofessionalism of the staff was evident in their attitude towards guests. Furthermore, despite booking a specific room type, we were given a different room that did not meet our expectations. The room was not worth the exorbitant amount of money we had paid for our stay. Overall, our experience at Aspen was a regrettable one, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxury resort experience."

Totalement perdu sur les hauteurs de cette région de la Suisse, on se sent vraiment en total dépaysement. Entouré par les montagnes, il n'y a pas un endroit qui soit déplaisant à voir. Le restaurant est exceptionnel et le le service très bien mené par une équipe rapide et très professionnelle.

Sans chauffage, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre alors que dehors il faisait, 2°C, rien de dramatique, ouvrir la fenêtre à remédier au problème.

Beautiful hotel with awesome views of the Eiger and Grindelwald village Spa was lovely and outside whirlpool very enjoyable Free bus ticket provided by the hotel was nice gesture Food was excellent and our waiter, Helder became a friend

The Spa is a fully nude area and maybe the age for entry should be increased from 16 to 18 years or the whirlpool, where clothes are allowed, should have a seperate entrance.

خصوصية المكان الطبيعه رحابة الفندق وكل العاملين فيه والموقع المتميز انا هذه السنه الثانيه اجي فيه مع العائلة

1- المكان بعيد عن كل شيء 2- الطريق له وعر 3- الفطور محدود تقريباً 4- خدمه التنظيف سيئه 5- مافيه مصعد 6- باب الحمام اكرمكم الله زجاج ومايتسكر بشكل كامل 7- مايستحق سعره ابداً فيه خيارات افضل بمراحل .

Location, friendly staff, food quality, helpful receptionist, quiet stay.

I was disappointed with the number of flys inside the hotel :( it could've been perfect a stay

What I didn't like is the openings between my room's balcony and the room next door should put a barrier
