Costas is an excellent host, he made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay! Nothing was ever too much, and he was always happy to help! He never disturbed us and was on hand if needed. It was mine and my husbands birthday whilst we were out here and Costas even brought us some wine to celebrate! Which was very thoughtfull! Thankyou so much for a lovely and enjoyable stay! We really appreciate your kind gestures! And hosting, and we will definitely be coming back for another visit! 😊 I loves the fact that this villa has everything, it is equipped with everything you will need! it's just like home away from home, you will find satelite tv, towels, all cutlery, linen, utensils, washing machine all mod cons and so much more, making it an unbelievably comfortable stay. We loved the fact that it's very spacious, with good sized rooms, with a decent sized pool. Our children absolutely loved it here! and we really enjoyed our stay! we will definitely be visiting again!. There is a lidl nearby where you can buy lots of things, similar to the u.k and the villa is across the road from the beach, and close to lots of shops, the shopping mall and attractions. You will not regret staying here! Highly reccomended!

Kostas was just awsome host. He did everything for us to have a great time and we did have it indeed. The villa is awsome comfy and much of space overall.

The beds...matressess were not so comfy but Kostas mentioned he would be replacing the. I m not sure if beds also would need replacement: they are creaking and awaking one another during the night.

Excellent location. Interesting beach across the road. Fantastic snorkeling. The villas pool was a great size and kept clean by Kostas our host Plenty of hot water for 6 adults using 3 bath rooms. Kostas filled the fridge with fresh fruit, milk, water, beer and wine on our arrival. He organised collection and drop off at airports.

The villa was very spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Good variety of cooking utensils, coffee machine and kettle. Out side entertainment area was used every day. Villa could use a little make over. Bedside lamps needed in all the rooms.

The noise of the main street. But we needed only 2 bedrooms so it didn't bother us that much.

Family of 4 ( 2 adults 2 teens) Firstly I have to thank Kostas the villa owner who went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. Kostas met us at the villa despite the late flight and delay. He welcomed us to his exceptionally clean villa and orientated us. He even stocked the fridge with lots of lovely fruit because he knew shops would be closed at that time of night. The villa is quite, private and clean. We hired a car because we wanted to explore and have the ease of food shopping etc. There is a lovely restaurant next door called Melania and a Lidl approx 10 minute easy flat walk. Kostas villa can cater for larger families- noted travel cot and extra bedrooms. Highly recommend

Nothing negative to comment on. The only suggestion I would make would be bedside lamps in all the rooms. ( main bedroom has one)

Clean and spacious - air con in all rooms. Kostas is a great host and was always available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

The villa is large and perfectly sized for a family It is located between paphos and coral bay despite the property being next to a busy main road the noise wasnt excessive and there was access to a beach across the road The villa has all the cooking appliances required a working TV with a great selection in most languages The owner is very approachable and visited often to check how our stay was going he was quick to resolve any issues we had The pool is lovely and well maintained there is great private parking overall good value for money

Could do with updating and some the kitchen appliances were not working The villa was clean to the basic standard could do with a deep clean monthly Bedding was not clean there were stains The jacuzzi bath does not work and downstairs shower leaked the large sign in the garden spoils the views from the balcony

If you’re ever in Cyprus I definitely recommend staying here. Very close to the city mall and also a beautiful view of the beach. Was very clean and spacious and the staff was exceptional. Me and my friends stayed here for a week and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Absolutely first class. Kostas (owner) always helpful, always happy. Will help if you have any questions or other problems. We rent Villa Elina to stay for a week, we got married in Cyprus. So 8 people had lovely time in this Villa. P.s. We got lots of present from Kostas too. 😊

We were group of 6. The host is great, he was very helpful and available for anything we needed. He even let us to do late check out because the next guest planed to come on the next day. As welcome we got some fruits in the refrigerator and Wein :) Very nice! The house is perfect equipped, everything someone could need was there, AC available in every room. Pool was daily cleaned. There is a parking place and beaches are near by car. Would recommend it! And would come again.

The house is next to a road, it could be that the cars are loud at the night. Ear plugs could help.
