Staff were friendly Bed was clean and comfortable Location was central to most things and cost was appropriate for decor and room size. I had a relaxing spa in the privacy of my room watching the footy and sipping Contreau.😌

Taps not secured in spa, fell off onto my foot. Spike rail that secures carpet down at entry to bathroom, where carpet meets tiles, spiked my foot and made me bleed in several little holes in my foot. Bath gel pump bottle squirted soap in every direction getting my eye. TV had no digital channels or streaming service, like being in 1990s. Outside wind blocker was dusty and banged up, unattractive feature really.

Still haven't received my refundable deposit and it's been two weeks since my stay.

The room appeared run down, ie power points loose, the air con barely worked at all, the pillows had no support and the mattress was really firm. There was minimal complimentary items ie soap/s, no biscuits or coffee pods, the room was very dark inside, minimal lighting. During my stay my access card stopped working and required resetting along with the second card. There was no option to order a meal from the restaurant downstairs and have this delivered to my room.

Size of the apartment, location, balcony, complimentary slippers. Reception staff member was lovely and accommodating.

The TV is outdated, and we could not watch Netflix or any other streaming apps. Some of the channels on free to air to ages to load and the screen was black. We, as very busy parents of 3 small children, were looking forward to a night in watching movies and relaxing. So were very disappointed that we couldn't watch a movie together. The shower recess has visible mold within the silicon of the shower recess. The most important thing to us using motels/hotels is cleanliness. One of my children is actually allergic to all molds so this is a massive issue for me. Due to these issues, It would be very unlikely we would stay again.

Generous room space. I appreciate having genuine bedside lamps. The sink near the tea making facilities was good. Noise free.

Although facilities were good they were showing their age. Screen cords kept slipping. The TV had no functioning HD channels. The toilet need a new gasket and was constantly trickling.
