Bonito y acogedor hotel. La persona q nos atendió fue muy amable, y además hablaba español.
Habitación y baño pequeños. El baño tenía muy poca luz, no podía ni afeitarme. La bañera era muy alta e incómoda.

Quoique que la déco de l'hôtel soit affreuse, tout correspondait à nos attentes si ce n'est (voir suite)
L'autoritarisme antipathique du couple psychorigide qui gèrent le lieu selon les consignes du gérant.
En effet, sous prétexte de vous faire goûter des produits locaux, vous devez dire si vous prendrez un petit-déjeuner ou pas dès votre arrivée (ce qui est assez courant à l'hôtel) et payer la somme de 11 euros, qui s'ajoute au montant de la réservation, pour ce petit-déjeuner qui sera servi en buffet libre dans la salle prévue à cet effet. Mais si vous ne prenez pas de petit déjeuner solide et seulement une boisson chaude genre thé ou café, vous aurez l'interdiction no-négociable de l'accès à la salle du buffet où se trouve votre partenaire qui déjeune copieusement le matin.
Impossible de faire admettre ton savoir vivre au employée si vous vous engagez à ne pas manger une miette du buffet. En bref, si vous ne mangez pas le matin vous serait tout simplement ostracisés.

Hotelito con encanto, habitacion acogedora de cama grande. Desayuno impresionante de productos de la zona. Los propietarios son un amor: nos recomendaron restaurantes, ayudaron con las maletas. Muy agradable

Clean, Friendly, great decorations, the room that we took was really original with a round bed &pink flamingo decorations. The breakfast was really good with sallty and sweet food.

Excellent breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Local products, delicious cheese, ham and jam. Most helpful receptionist who reserved an excellent restaurant for us overlooking the cathedral.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast (extra charge) was very good for the price with a lot of variety and local products (marmalade, cheese etc.). The location was relatively close to the town's cathedral 12 minutes walk). In general it was a value for money experience.

the staff were fantastic: warm, welcoming and very helpful. great breakfast with a good selection of foods and excellent locally made jam. we appreciated the hotel decor and individually themed rooms - ours was Gustav Klimt who we both like! great location, a short walk to the historic centre and close to the market square with free parking. friendly Moroccan restaurant very close by with delicious couscous.

A modern bathroom, constant hot water, very comfy bed and little noise despite the hotel being fully booked.
We particularly like it’s location adjacent to the old town.

Very warm welcome, super helpful and friendly staff. Room impeccably clean and quiet with its own unique style. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Delicious home made breakfast with local products . Free parking available and is within walking distance of all the beautiful sites of Albi. Perfect! Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you!

Reasonable location 5 minutes walk from old city. Charming attention to detail on interior decorations. Lots of character. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Quirky little room with open plan bathroom and toilet in a tiny cupboard in corner of bedroom. Could be struggle for a large guest. Tiny high window over rooftops.

Great staff, very welcoming and helping. The service was impecable, so was the breakfast (your typical French breakfast with croissants, bread, jams and so on. It's close to buses or the city center is within a walkable distance. I highly recommend. Good value for money!

The couple who run this hotel are amazing! They work from 7am to 9pm. Always with a smile and efforts to make your stay as great as possible. I love that they have comfy communal spaces both indoors and out. We loved that this is not a cookie cutter place .

The welcome from the team at Hôtel Les Pastiliers was delightful. They called us while we were on our way there to check if we were okay and let us know they expected us.
It's the kind of service that all hotels should aspire to and a reminder why small and independent is often worth the effort.
We were offered a choice of rooms. They even took into account what time we wanted to leave the next day to make sure we were not disturbed by other guests who were planning to leave much earlier than us.
Good breakfast with some home made choices.
The coffee at breakfast could be better.
