+ great location for the price + if lucky to have a room on the Barranco side you will also be able to see the sea in a distance from the balcony + spacious room with a decent size kitchen area + generous size balcony with additional table and chairs + room cleaned and bed made daily except the weekends + free flight ticket printing (they are not accepting mobile boarding passes in TFS) + free WiFi with router in each room

- quite old and uncomfortable bed mattresses and pillows - very limited kitchen equipment (one pan and one pot) and missing utensils - kitchen infested with some kind of bug so make sure to put all the food into the containers or bags - internet only OK for browsing the sites (2D 3U)

The apartments are big and equipped with kitchen, washing machine and the shower is good

The kitchen was infested with ants to the point it was impossible to prepare food there. There were also baby and adult cockroaches in the room. The bedsheets and blankets had burn holes in them. The wardrobe was broken and missing the handles. Our balcony faced on to the next building which is currently being restored so there is extremely loud drilling and banging from 07:30 until 15:30. We asked to change room they said there weren't any other rooms available. The reception is in another hotel across the road but they didn't mention that until we got there and couldn't get in.

Very close to get into tieda mar supetmarcro and puerto but the hills not so good.

It was a duplex like a greenhouse. Windows didn't close caught a cold! Very very noisy from the pizzeria downstairs. Spanish don't seem to shut up! Talking and carrying on all night. I don't like places that are used many for Sex and too much of that was going on. People shouting in pez aul and falling off balcony being stupid and shouting lots of noise from the bridge in the road too..

I choose that hotel because it had available rooms.

We got the apartment at “minus 1st floor” - please choose the apartment at least on the 2d floor, I hope there is a view not to the wall. the fridge didn’t work correctly. towels were with someone’s hair and the linens as well.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Problems with the room. Very noisy with main road and restaurant underneath. Patio doors and wardrobe doors constantly sticking. The electric socket in kitchen trips the fuse if used. Room infested with insects even on the beds.

The room and the bedroom are huge: very high ceiling. Staff are polite and helpful.

Location was very good, close to the bus stop, shops and about 500 m to the beach.

There were many cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom.

Nice with tho pool over at pez Azul. Nice with cleaning everyday.

We didn’t like the cockroaches. We bought a spray to kill them tho. No sun at the balcony at any time. A LOT of noice from the guest on top of us and from the pizzeria next door. Bad beds, two different heights., ! And only sheets to sleep with, very cold!!
