Great location, very comfortable bed, clean room, felt very safe as a solo female guest and friendly staff.

Just a few room door slams and quite loud shower fans heard early from other rooms through the walls but those things can’t be helped.

Second time visiting property and it’s very central..good value for money and lovely staff

Location right by the sea and very close to town centre.

Room standard below expectation. Dining area only accessible for breakfast, hence no place to have an afternoon tea or a pint in the evening.

The property needs a lot of updating, the carpet was stained the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom taps & shower had very poor/low pressure! Very disappointing

Very well situated in the centre of town .

We was in room 18 and you could hear every movement from the room upstairs the floor was extremely noisy, to the point you could even hear the dog walking across the floor .

We travelled with the dog so they kindly put us in a larger room so we had lots of space for the dog to roam, including a balcony. The room was great, lovely beds and really clean, lots of complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits and really cool despite the weather being warm. Location was fantastic, literally in the town centre. Parking isn't included with the stay but we found a space behind the hotel really easy. £12 for 24 hours and contactless payment which was easy to use. My husband did the Carten100 bike ride, has a really expensive bike and the proprietor ensured it was securely stored for the duration of our stay.

We liked everything about the property, and would definitely stay again.
