At breakfast a better selection of herbal teas. Also no natural yoghurts were available.

Julie and Pete are amazing hosts. Kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Clean and comfortable room. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to leave it. x breakfast was so nice. Full English was freshly cooked and piping hot. Again, nothing too much trouble. Free parking. Short bus or taxi into Liverpool Definitely, would stay again. x.

Julie, our host, was, right from the start, very nice. She constantly kept in touch with us and waited for us to get there as we arrived later than expected. It is a beautiful place, very clean and welcoming, the rooms are big, the bed was very comfy. Although there was a little issue with the heating the first night, we didn't get cold, and the first thing Julie asked us in the morning was about the heating, and it was fixed shortly after. Thank you for that, Julie. The breakfast was really amazing, cooked by Julie, with fresh ingredients, very tasty. Julie is a welcoming, lovely, sweet, smiley, accomodating, caring person who goes the extra mile to make your stay the best she can. Julie went above and beyond to return the favourite tennis ball of our little dog, as we forgot it in the room (of course we paid for the postage) I wish I had known about Breeze Guesthouse last year when we came to Liverpool. This is a place to see and to come back to. By car, Liverpool is just about 10 min drive, and there are some shops and restaurants nearby, in Bootle, if you're looking for something local. Everything. The owner was so friendly. She couldn't do enough to help us, even before we arrived. The bed was so comfortable and had so many pillows. I like alot of pillows. Breakfast was delicious 😋 and the addition of coco the dog for a little play was lovely. We brought our cat along as well, he was super chilled & loved the fact our room had a huge window to look out off.

Fabulous team! Full of useful local knowledge and transport recommendations. They all took a real interest in why we were visiting. Made a special stay even more special!

The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to assist up ensuring we were happy. The breakfast was lovely, they had everything available to eat and drink.
