Nos encantó todo! Solemos ir a Arcos a menudo y seguro que volveremos a quedarnos en Casa Campana! Pasamos un fin de semana súper agradable. Jim e Isa son encantadores y amables. La casa en si tiene mucha historia y la tienen decorada con mucho gusto. Nosotros viajamos siempre con nuestro perrito y aquí son bienvenidos 😊. Además, existe la posibilidad de tomar el desayuno hecho por ellos en el mirador con vistas al embalse.

The hosts Jim and ilsa were amazingly friendly and gave good insights to the building and local area. Breakfast was very comprehensive and filling and the views from the roof terrace are second to none . The streets are very narrow so parking is a good walk away but the local taxi service was great at 7 euros from out of town parking to hotel . Will be going back at some point for sure 👌

Charming and historic guesthouse. We loved the local information, the decor and the friendly owners. Very comfortable room and enjoyable stay.

The hosts were the most welcoming in all our years of traveling and volunteered information about Arcos to make our stay more interesting than just a stopover. The appointment of the apartment was superb. Many books about the history of the area and personal touches made the apartment more like a home than a hotel room. The property is plumb center in the historic Old Quarter of Arcos and a chock full of history, complete with remaining artefacts dating back more than a thousand years. Clean, comfortable and highly recommended.

It is hard to pinpoint anything that could have been better.

We loved everything - the amazing house, location, views, our beautiful room, the decor, the smell, the nice cat, delicious breakfast on the roof-top , the hosts - Thank you Isa and Jim for making our stay so memorable ! Isa....we found "the head" ! Jim....your guide is perfect !

Everything! We were driving around in our own car. The morning of our arrival, unprompted, Jim, the owner Whatsapped us to find out about when we plan to arrive etc. and told us that it is not a good idea to drive to the property because of narrow roads etc. I am SO GLAD we took his advice and parked in the city parking lot and took a cab. The faciilities were awesome. Jim is from the UK, and knew enough about cricket and especially Indian cricket, so we bonded. He and his wife were great hosts. They made a reservation in a Moroccan Restuarant where the food was Excellent! Excellent apartment for the three of us with 2 bedrooms. Nice hot shower, A/C. And a fantastic view. Close to the things you want to see in Arcos.

The terrace, owners, location, service, great communication, dog friendly.

I wasn’t aware there was breakfast in the morning. The bathroom was a little cramped and maybe needs a little modernising.

Isa and Jim go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Casa has amazing history and the rooftop terrace is the perfect place to end and start your day withe Isa’s wonderful breakfast.

Parking was a challenge but doable. Lots of options to get up the hill.

it’s a home away from home. the hosts make you feel very welcome. the breakfast on the Terrasse is delicious and the view stunning. the rooms are cosy and equipped with everything you need. the bed is very comfy and I particularly liked the selection of pillows. I slept very well :)

As I was working remotely I would have appreciated a stronger and more stable internet connection

The room was warm and cosy, and the bed I would say is the most comfortable I have slept in!! The location is very good, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Historic house with a splendid terrace (great views) located in the historic centre of the village. The room had everything we needed, including a selection of chilled local wines for purchase and it had the historic feel of a typical house in a pueblo blanco. Delicious homemade breakfast and very nice owners. Parking can be tricky, since it’s in the heart of town, but the owners provide detailed instructions and assistance with luggage if needed.

we loved the bedroom on the patio. At first we were going to stay in the apartment but much preferred the other room. Jim was very accommodating to allow us to change.

The location is perfect in this small, old town. Amazing views not far and nearby good restaurants.
