The property is great, but definitely they are not dog friendly, they should take this of on description.

First at all the charge the double of Was o bokking. After they treat us pretty bad because dogs, put us on a nasty room, after I complained the gave another better room, but act like dogs should not be here, was horrible, especially because I paid R$ 600 for room plus R$ 80 per dog, and act like dogs don’t have rights inside hotel .

Solo los ruidos que hacen al limpiar las habitaciones, las puertas empiezan a sonar desde muy temprano.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Gostamos também do tamanho do quarto.

Dá para ouvir a televisão no quarto vizinho. Sorte que ele dormiu cedo.

O quarto é muito grande, o café da manhã excelente, a equipe é muito atenciosa!!

A água saindo do Box, falta a troca do selante entre as partes.

Café da manhã estava muito bom! Boa variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos, além do sabor das comidas! A limpeza se destacou também! O quarto e o banheiro estavam bem limpos!

The staff is courteous, welcoming, professional. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean. Shower had hot water for the most part (once became cold but warmed up after awhile). Small but functional fitness room. Extra thick blankets to keep warm in bed. Great location, within walking distance from the city's center, malls, bus station, and pedestrian street shops. Safe, secure area. Delicious buffet breakfast with great variety of dishes.

Very noisy - it is right at the corner of a busy intersection where loud motorcycles constantly rev up. Poor sound proofing between rooms - could hear neighbors taking shower, using bathroom, talking. Hot water at bathroom counter is intermittent - sometimes was just cold. Cold at night - the climate control's heater does not work, (perhaps purposely, as I've noticed other hotels' also do not work)

Service very good and the quality of the food ordered on room service and also breakfast. Congratulations to the kitchen staff
