O quarto é amplo e muito confortável! Café da manhã tem bastante variedade, mas não aconselho a chegar cedo, pois muitas coisas são reaproveitadas do dia anterior (por exemplo, ovos mexidos).

Je remercie la manager qui était présente durant notre séjour ainsi que carlos a la réception. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour plus que confortable avec des gestes que nous n’attendions meme pas. C’est des gens en or dieu les bénisse mille mercis a eux

Front desk staff was very friendly. Experienced some communication challenges. Restaurants and bar were awesome. The food, drinks and staff were great.
The room had no fridges (minibar) or microwaves. Getting towels was a bit of a challenge. Shower head had a leak. This property is not accurately presented on this site. It was NOT located near the places indicated on Booking.com.

The hotel is located in a very calm place but walkable distance from city center. Stuff is super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are quite specious with all needed facilities in it.

Not as close to the airport as we thought. No airport shuttle so we took a taxi instead.

The service provided and help during our private event in one of the conference rooms, thanks a lot! One of our colleagues got sick during our stay and everybody was super helpful.

booked superlastminute knowing this chain is usually very good, but this hotel feels both outdated and underwhelming. Good breakfast, but loud breakfast room.
Noise. A lot of road noise. And absolutely the ugliest room I've ever slept, comparing pound for pound. there's way better options in SJO.

No garden, few common areas. Nothin much to do in the hotel besides using a swiming pool.

Breakfast was fantastic. We were quite delayed getting in our room. Luzia jumped in and put us on the club floor which really changed our initial irritated impression. The food was delicious. Restaurants both great
I think the pool needs tropical plants.
We also walked around the park which really isn't hotels problem but for tourists that park could and should be beautiful. It was dry, no water in lake and needs flowers and plants. It would be a perk for the hotel.
