Apartment was big and had everything you needed for a great stay. Apartment building is also surrounded by a beautiful garden! It was quiet and we had a really restful sleep. It was quiet. Location was also perfect as we just walked a short distance and we are already in the middle of town. And just a stone's throw away is a little cafe that has a great selection of cheeses and wines. They have a cheese production house just behind their cafe. We went all over town looking for great cheese to bring home, when there's a store selling great cheese just close by our place.
Staff were great and friendly and super helpful. The cafe makes their own pizzas and tastes wonderful!
We had a really nice stay and wished we could stay for a couple more days.
Wifi was not great in the apartment.

Have a separate entry for the residence. Having to go through the camping is not very glamorous, plus it’s not very close to the reception.
Having some help with the luggages with stairs…
Hair conditioner would be a plus as well as a roll of paper towels.

Beautiful location, the views from the pool and the garden are very nice.
The property is close to a rather busy street. The beds and the bathrooms feel a bit old.

The free parking, the location and the friendliness of the staff were the best parts of this place. The pool was also pretty good and clean, though if you have young children, it's a VERY DEEP pool with no shallow end.
The actual surroundings and area was nice too.
The room was OK but it wasn't the nicest.
The toilet / bathroom was small and not very nice. The apartment again was OK but could do with an internal uplift.

Pietro and his team were very welcoming and helpful with tips for Sorrento. The location is great, especially once you're checked in and can use the side gate. The outside of the building is lovely, as are the grounds. Rooms are spacious.
I hadn't realised that the residence is part of a camp site, it is slightly separate but it means facilities like the pool are shared by potentially hundreds of people which could be clearer in the description.
The main reason I've scored down though is the bathroom. It really needs an upgrade. A clean bed and nice bathroom are the two most important things for me but unfortunately the latter wasn't the case here. For the cost paid I have higher expectations. Fittings are tired and worn, limescale and a bit of mould, etc. All fixable and if they were fixed I would give this place at least another 2 points as it has great potential.

Fabulous location. Easy walk to the centre of Sorrento, buses and trains. Used the pool which has wonderful views and plenty of space for sun beds. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

Lovely garden setting that’s tranquil with a fab pool and lots of outdoor spaces
Bathroom was very poor. Shower head wasn’t attached properly. Air con was also poor.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the center of Sorrento, 15 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the beach. The best of all was Piero, one of the hosts. He was incredibly kind to us: he showed us around, gave us information about the surroundings, excellent recommendations and was always available to answer our questions. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
We arrived by car and it was difficult to find the entrance. Better signage could help.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Neffola Residence. The location was perfect, being a 10 min walk from the main town and only a short stroll down to Marina Grande. The pool in the neighboring campsite was nice to have use of. The residence itself is a lovely traditional building surrounded by gardens, with a scenic view of the cliffside (Mt. Vesuvius can be seen from the onsite cafe/pool). Would highly recommend a stay here, we couldn't fault it.

The location was perfect - away from the busy tourist area but a very close walk. The building and gardens were beautiful and the pizza oven option was wonderful. The owner provided a map and provided several recommendations for dinner, etc. and we went to two of them and they were both excellent. Plus he gave us a great tip for our time on Positano.
The only thing that was really disappointing was the pool. The pool closes at 6pm which is far too early. And there is a lifeguard with a rule of no jumping when that’s all that kids want to do. I’ve never heard of a rule like this and the lifeguard was not polite about it and smoked all day. All other staff are incredibly kind and helpful so I think they should not have a lifeguard as it wasn’t a nice experience for anyone staying there. Parents can be responsible for their own children. Other than that, it was perfect and I’d stay there again if the pool hours change.

Whole place is incredible, with beautiful garden and very nice places for chill. Only a few minutes of walk to the center and marina. The host is also very nice and he explained us all about Sorrento and excursions in this area. We really enjoyed our stay in La Neffola

Really nice old-fashioned apartment in a nice property. The garden next to the property is beautiful. It is located just 5 minutes walk to the center of Sorrento and there are also some stairs from the property to go down to a little village with a nice beach and restaurants with a great holiday relaxing ambiance. The swimming pool is very good, our kids spent a full afternoon there. And if you walk up 100m along the road from the entrance, you get a fantastic view over Sorrento and the mountains around. All in all, I really recommend the place, the price for what you get is hard to beat in this area.
We didn't have any terrace nor balcony in our apartment but we ate outside on a table next to the garden so it was fine.
