We love how big and open this property is in the main areas. Nearly all of Long Beach is easily walkable from the location which is really great.

The property is set up to be dog safe. But only if the other renters in the other houses respect and do not leave the gates open to your own private space. That is not on the property owners, but only on folks who do not respect others by not picking up dog poo and leaving gates closed when they leave. short of this, the property is perfect. We loved staying here

The house was very centrally located close to town and the ocean. It was on a very busy road so lots of traffic and road noise. The house was well stocked and had everything you would need. The bath and shower were rather disappointing very hard to manage taking a shower in the claw foot tub. All in all it was a comfortable place to use as home base.

My family and i loved this property was peefect for the 3 of us and our dogs. Will definitely be back!
Only complaint was neighbors 3 dogs would enter the front yard every morning and "do there business" which we ended up cleaning up. And also made our dogs start barking.
Overall. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was in close walking distance to all the restauranta, activities and beach. The house had an amazing kitchen and all the basic necessities. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for the lovely crash pad! House was great- the big family room, dining room and kitchen made for a super nice place to gather in between beachy activities. Kid toys really made it easy to entertain kiddos during some downtime and slow mornings. And we were so happy to be able to also bring our fur baby. Traffic was a tad loud because of the location, but didn’t disturb the kids in the night. One neighbor was super nice and waved at our kiddo from the small tractor he was using. Another neighbor was kind of rude/strange. Overall had a super pleasant sandy weekend in Long Beacb!

Great property
We had an excellent stay and everything we needed was supplied in the home. It’s a great place for families and small children. Very short walk to the beach. Close walk to all the restaurants and fun things to do downtown. I highly recommend this property especially if you have kids and you want to be close to everything.

We had a great time and the house was set up very nicely for us. We enjoyed the provided clam gun and also appreciated that laundry detergent and coffee were both provided for our stay. Also, it is an amazing location, walkable to downtown as well as to the beach. We would definitely stay at Beachy Keen again next time we go to Long Beach!

Loved the house and its proximity to everything. Only constructive feedback is the "shower" setup is kind of a hazard, meaning taking a shower invites water to get on the floor (amazing water pressure), so we opted for baths. Not a deal breaker though (the tub is nice!) so still 5 stars.

Beachy Keen was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed using the kitchen and loved sitting on the front porch! Location was great for walking access to everything, but the busy street and shared space with the other "cottages" was a negative. We had one of the neighbors ask us to move our car even though we parked as we were told to directly behind the garage. The neighbor also informed us, as we were enjoying sitting on the front lawn, that that space is common area and does not belong to Beachy Keen. The house really is delightful, I would definitely stay again if it were in a different location.

Location is perfect for access to the beach and downtown activities. We were able to walk everywhere except the brewery in Seaview. The open layout is great for vacationing, only complaints are the bed (but we’re getting older 😉) and the shower was weird, but that’s maybe a personal preference.

Winter beach get away
This was a beautiful place for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. We loved the kitchen, grand room, open layout concept so we could all visit and be included even while cooking. Beachy Keen is a 5 minute walk the beach, and a couple minutes to one of the entrances of the discovery trail. I wholeheartedly reccomend a stay here and would return.

LOVE ❤️ this home!!! Love the kitchen the most, great for cooking and gathering. I felt very comfortable the second I walked on the porch and open the doors. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
