Die Natur

Die Gebäude sind im Vergleich zu unserem Aufenthalt vor 5 Jahren verwittert und heruntergekommen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurde nicht einmal geputzt und der Müll entsorgt.

Es ist wie eine kleine Stadt und man hat fast alles dort. Alles sieht sehr sehr schön aus und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Massagen sind auch sehr gut.

Das Apartment ist nichts besonders und ziemlich veraltet. Der Boden war vor unsere Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden. Das Komplex hat 7 Schwimmbäder, aber keins davon hat ein Kinderbecken, was ich sehr komisch finde, da der Ort für Familienurlaube ideal ist.

Overall nice location and atmosphere, but not well managed.

Our room was not ready when we arrived (after check in time) and the receptionist didn't even mention that. We had to wait with our suitcases in front of the room. It was super hot in the room 30+ degrees and when we called reception they couldn't even provide fan (because there was no staff available to bring it to the room). The breaksfast was nowhere near good enough for 5* hotel.

Not much. The reception were great staff - also the young Ukrainian staff were excellent.

The restaurant staff were ABYSMAL - rude, slow, unfriendly, not helpful - and oftentimes sarcastic - both in in their limited English and Bulgarian

Great Spa and nice pool. The complex is pedestrian friendly which was great.

The apartment was neglected with many appliances not functioninig. The floor was extremely cold.

We needed change of dates and the personal responded to our request without any comments. Clean and nice place exelent SPA

No cooking accessories

The place looked nice, the spa was nice

All the food was cold, the buffet food was served in hot trays but the heaters didn't keep the food warm at all, not a single hot meal during our stay, very disappointing. In the spa when it was busy there was no hot water in the showers.
