The hotel is a charming small hotel with friendly and helpful staff, located in a really interesting part of Paris.

Room too hot and heating could not be turned off. I had to open the window and it was very noisy outside until late.

Centrally located with Notre Dame and seine river just a stone throw away. Comes with simple breakfast which is good enough to start the day. The staff who works at the breakfast station is friendly.

Shower and toilet are separated which can be inconvenient. My room is on the 2nd floor facing the road and it can be very noisy at night and early in the morning (when the trash truck collects the garbage early in the morning and clean the street). Not sure if this is the common practice of hotel in Paris but the reception requested for key room back when I leave the hotel and then, ask for it when I come back to the hotel. This seems insecure to me.

The staff were exceptional both communicating prior to arrival and once at the hotel (friendly, helpful and multilingual). The location of this hotel is excellent, a few steps off the RER B one can get here easily (when Paris is strike free) from either major airport on public transportation. The breakfast was staffed by attentive people and had a nice assortment of breads, cereals, fruits, meats/cheeses and eggs you could boil yourself.

The rooms are a bit small (but normal for Paris) and there was initially a sewer smell that came from the drain in the shower room, which was addressed when I ask about it. The breakfast room is a bit cramped especially the area where you can boil the eggs, but honestly, not sure how to better arrange it, it is a small space.

I like it’s age, the rooms, overall it’s decorum. I absolutely love the breakfast dining room & the breakfast buffet selections!

Good location. Nice lobby decor. After reading reviews, wanted to stay there, but...

Room didn't meet our expectations, needing some touch-ups, view into courtyard. The shower is very weird, with no curtain, water splashing all over the floor. Evening receptionist wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was missing something, hard to pinpoint what, had to cook eggs.

Renovation work/noise in the room above prevented us from resting after lunch.

I love this hotel! So simple yet romantic, great views, and the breakfast was p good! Close ~10 min walk to train station, ~2 min walk to tram that can take you to the airport.

The location of this hotel is brilliant. Everything you need is close-by. The building itself has a lovely Parisian charm. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and breakfast was great. Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room was very friendly and housekeeping did a good job. The surrounding area is lively with restaurants and shops and I will surely stay here again.

If the hotel is full and you sleep in the shower might not be as hot as you would like.

Fantastic location, couldn't stop gaping at the views of the lovely Latin Quarter from the room. Decent size for the area/price. The gentleman behind the counter when I arrived was very jolly and the breakfast in the morning was well rounded and filling (and definitely better than I expected)!
