Location and condo was great. There was a small problem with the satellite box, but the property manager was able to provide a solution quickly. The other disappointment was the beds. First off was the fact that they were short, 19-22 inches high. It was extremely difficult to get in and out of when that low to the floor. Second were the mattresses, they need to be replaced.

Enjoyed our quick trip to Waco for a girls weekend. Check in and out process went smooth and Ashley and Gaby were quick to respond when needed. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again but would book directly through their website as I found out later that we paid significantly more going through VRBO.

We were in Waco for a Baylor law school graduation. The location was perfect! And, the location was incredibly convenient to downtown and the restaurants we chose. Very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and glassware/dishware. So cute!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This beautiful (inside and out) is directly across the street from Baylor University and less than 3 miles from Magnolia Silos complex as well as downtown restaurants and sites. The outdoor sitting area is lovely. Everything was perfect for my stay.

I try to stay here whenever I come to Waco - the ease of seeing our student, attending campus events, and parking cannot be matched. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. We eat all of our meals there, and enjoy utilizing the fully equipped kitchen.

This property could not have been more perfect for my stay to visit my child at Baylor!! I knew I wanted to cook for my child’s friends and so I asked the property manager prior to my visit if they had certain items and they made sure they were there. The side patio, with beautiful lighting and 2 large tables, was perfect for a beautiful group family style Italian dinner buffet!!!
The property was clean, adorably decorated, and was in a fabulous location!!
While I was there I had the opportunity to share the link with other parents as I was thrilled with my choice.

Not that great
Despite the many glowing reviews, the property is out of date and needs a fair amount of refurbishment. We experienced both electric and plumbing problems during our stay. There are electric heaters mounted in walls in several bathrooms. One of them was pulled partially away from the wall (one corner out less than an inch). While that’s not a problem, it seemed to have a short. Both people using that bath got shocked by simply touching the heater - and there’s no apparent way to disconnect or remove power from it. The plumbing was a major issue (to the point of having VRBO contact the property manager to address the problem). Specifically, the drains were running slowly when we arrived and became completely clogged to the point the toilets backed up into tubs/showers (sorry a bit disgusting).
On the plus side, Elmer, the property owner, was able to get it taken care of the next day. Normally I’d say it was just bad timing; however, a review from a few months before stated they also experienced plumbing and electrical problems (it seems unlikely these were new problems).
Additionally, the steps to the deck on one side of the house seemed to be unsafe from wood rot - we decided it was best to avoid using the deck on that side of the house.
A couple of other minor things that kind of bothered us:
- the available washer & dryer is in the owner’s part of the house so it’s necessary to coordinate/get permission to do laundry.
- the house interior was ‘over decorated’ to the point we had no reasonable place to place our own items (computers/games/ etc.).
- door from the dining area to the deck (the ‘safe’ side) sticks and is very difficult to open.
- could have been a little cleaner (cobwebs on light fixtures, a little bit of dust on surfaces)
On the plus side, the property is very large/spacious. Also, Elmer (resident homeowner) is a very nice/friendly man and seems to want you to have a pleasant stay.

Quick Overnight Stay
We enjoyed the location of this property and the short drive to Magnolia and the Dr. Pepper Museum. This property was just perfect for our visit and the location on the Baylor University property was a cool bonus for us! Would definitely stay again.

Great location and great price
This is a great place to stay. The location is minutes from everything. The pictures on the listing are exactly what the property looks like on the inside. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were great and the showers were spacious with plenty of hot water. Ashley is great and responds quickly to questions.

Great Place for Baylor Parents
Every time we have driven past this property, my wife always stated that we should stay there. This August, when we were dropping off out daughter to move into her apartment, the opportunity arose. I was looking on VRBO and the property was listed. It is a great place to stay if you have ANYTHING to do at Baylor. Not the largest property but well equipped with everything you need. The owner designed it very well and it made everything real easy. If I ever had the opportunity to stay again, I would. I would also definitely recommend the property to anyone staying in Waco.

Great Location - Clean - Easy Check in and Out - One issue was the bed in front bedroom was like sleeping on a mattress on the floor. It would be okay for young people but would be difficult to get in and out of for an older person.
