Die Lage mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof ist für die Erkundigung Düsseldorfers mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr geeignet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Zentrale Lage. Vom Hauptbahnhof gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Daher war es nachts trotz geschlossenem Fenster etwas laut.

Die Zimmerdecke

Das 1. Zimmer hat schlecht gerochen und das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Das 2. Zimmer war sauber aber der Ausblick in den Hinterhof war nicht schön um es positiv zu sagen... Das Wasser in der Dusche ist schlecht abgelaufen. Das Frühstück habe ich mir dann erspart...

It is a great hotel to spend the night or two in if you are late for the train/bus/flight. I booked the hotel already after midnight the night the same day I checked in (about 10 minutes after booking). Everything went very smoothly and fast. Early check-out was also very fast and without any problems. The personnel was extremely helpful and worked perfectly well. Facilities were also okay. And the location is just perfect. I felt very satisfied with the hotel.

Some minor problems might be an issue for guests staying for long in the hotel (e.g., stairs, limited breakfast, the street outside the hotel), but nothing is of much importance if you go for a shorter period, e.g., a couple of days. And that's a great hotel anyway, also for an excellent price.

Konumu çok iyiydi, tren garına cok yakındı, eski şehire yurume mesafesindeydi. Kahvalti zengin ve güzeldi. Cevreye önem veren bir isletme, su ve enerji tasarrufu nedeniyle temizlik istenmeyen gunler icin su ikrami kucuk ama güzel bir uygulama.

Haftasonu otel çok kalabalıktı bu nedenle kahvaltı salonunda sıra beklemek gerekti ve servis gecikerek yapilabildi.

Das Frühstück war gut.Die Damen sehr freundlich.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer sehr verschließen.Die Möbel hätten Mal einen Schreiner gebraucht.Keine Dusche, für Ältere nicht gut. Mit Rollstuhl nicht zu Empfehlen.

Only the location is really near to the city center station

I had so bad experience with this Hotel ,the receptionist lady who made the check-in has a very bad and rude manner, she charge me 10€ for my daughter and in the policies written the 3 year is free! the room is not that much well prepared and the service is not good at all.
