Great place that was steps away from the beach!

We had a great stay in SPI. The condo was very clean, plenty of space for all, and best of all, the views from the living room and Master bedroom were awesome! We enjoyed spending time out of the balcony overlooking the pool and beach view. This condo had everything we needed! We would definitely return for another beach vacay!

The view was breathtaking. The balcony was big and spacious, been abled to have my coffee with such beautiful view every morning was amazing. The place was cleaned and we couldn’t believe how many essentials were included. The location was great. We were given only 1 parking permit, but there was plenty of parking for our second car. Pool, hot tub were cleaned every morning, the property was very well kept. Easy access to the beach, volleyball nets available by the beach path, showers on both sides. I would definitely rent this place again.

We enjoyed our trip and the owner was very responsive. The front room is super hot even with fans.
We wish it would have had twice as many bath towels though with no washer and dryer in the unit. There are no beach towels- we were not prepared and didn’t bring any as the last condos we stayed at had plenty. The condo was surface cleaned but definitely not to my expectations of clean. If it were cleaned correctly- our experience would have been much different.

Things I look for when booking a place is how affordable and convenient is it. David is a great host, he was polite, courteous and had am excellent response time. The place was clean and it was a simple contactless check in/out process. I had no issues with my stay and I highly recommend him as a host and would definitely consider him for future events.

Perfect location for family vacation. Beach was a two mini walk from pool, view was amazing. This condo had every thing you would need. My husband really liked the convenience of the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. We will book again with this location

We enjoyed our time in SPI and this condo is perfectly located. That said, the condo is a bit rundown and could definitely use a deep clean.

Location can't be beat; we could see the kids while in the pool and also at the beach. David was incredibly accommodation and kept in touch with us to ensure our stay was top notch. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Beach wagon and chairs were a plus.

The property was fine except that the main tv was not connected. We contacted property management company and they sent people who had no clue. Needless to say, we were unable to have our football party as planned. Very disappointed.

The Condo was exactly how it was described. Everything you could possibly need was available and thought of. The location was perfect. Parking only one space but because it is off season this is not an issue for us. There was an issue with housekeeping but we chose not to call them back in but did feel the need to make host aware. He was responsive. We are already planning our next trip and plan to book with him if it’s available.
Highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. Oh you can leave your chairs and canopy at home and save yourself space, he has it all. The wagon, the beach toys for the kids, chairs,

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view, beach access and area on the strip are awesome. The building appears a bit older but the condo was solid and quiet. The owner communicates very quickly to any issue or question.

Condo was great! Suited our needs perfectly with a new baby, two young adult couples and grandparents. Third floor was ideal for balcony. Short hike to the beach. Beds were great! Decor was nice. Crib was a plus! Only a few complaints.... having to tread thru the pool area to wash sand off of you and your stuff...BUT...they were adding a shower on the other entrance as we were leaving. YAY! Kitchen was well equipped but sort of unorganized. We donated a box cheese grater, btw.;) Coffee pot was broken. We ran and bought a Keurig for us to use. So, our only real complaint was the floors. They were dirty enough that we couldn't get the sand to sweep up. The vac worked a little better. We just let it go about halfway thru the week and lived with black feet. It was a wonderful week and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent stay
The condo was exceptional. Everything was very clean, there were lots of clean towels and toilet paper in both bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything and everything you could need. We loved the hassle free check in and check out. Will definitely book another stay again.

Great stay except for one thing.
This rental was a great stay except for one issue. The a/c didn’t cool very well in the guest bedroom by the front door. Our guests that had that room slept on the cots in the living area. The rental did include all the things needed and extras for a comfortable stay. It is very well equipped with beach toys, beach wagon, plenty of towels and more… If that room cooled well it would’ve been a perfect stay. Highly suggest that gets serviced.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was in a great location, you could pretty much walk everywhere you wanted to go. When we needed to go into Port Isabel, the shuttle pickup was only a block away and dropped us off right in front of the condo. The only suggestion I have is that you should bring a few blankets, there is only a sheet and a light blanket on the beds. Otherwise, everything needed for your stay is supplied.

Excellent Location!
We had such a blessed time with family and friends. The condo was an added blessing because it was an excellent location ( beach access on each side of the condo and plenty of parking across the street), peaceful and cozy, best part was the view of the ocean every morning. Definitely give it a five star and more.

Great place for family vacation
Wonderful place. Everything was very clean Kitchen and toiletries were well stocked. The beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were an added bonus. They keyless entry was very convenient for the large group we had. easy access to the beach and pool. amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

S. Padre, Suntide II
The unit was very nice, spacious, plenty of bathroom space, tv's work and had all streaming capabilities which is a must for my 4 teenagers! The proximity to the beach was awesome...only steps away! We had a great week here! Our only negative was that the premises are supposed to be no smoking however there were smokers at the pool all the time...may not be that big of a deal since you are outside but I personally hate smelling cigarette smoke so it was a bit annoying for me, otherwise it was great!!
