Clean, confortable

Nothing to complain about

Awesome staff. Christina was always willing to help me when I had questions and the accommodation was very clean and sizeable for 1 person (even for two). Balcony had a nice view on the city and the hotel was not far away from the beautiful city center of Cluj-Napoca!

Bed could have been better. It's a sofa bed that is not easily used as a sofa so a mattress would be better.

Cristina from the staff is super lovely and she was always available for us and super kind

The studio is looking good, very clean and well equipped. It is at the 5th floor and it has a nice view over the city. Access is both by stairs and elevator. The building is in a safe residential neighborhood, and close to office centers (at least those that interested me). Coffee and tea on the house, but if you need something else, a supermarket is close by (5 mins walk). The host was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. If I come again in Cluj, I'll seek to book here.

I can't say it bothered me much, but from time to time you can hear the planes. If you're looking up in the sky, you can see them, too. :) The couch is not as confy as a bed, but it was ok.

Super clean and comfortable, great location, very easy self check in and excellent customer service, will come back for sure.

The best thing is Christina who meets you when you arrive, and is always available during your stay, and will always answer messages fast and ensure that your stay is the best that it can possibly be.

The plates were a bit small ; )
