I could not close of of the shower doors completely, but that didn’t bother me to shower and water didn’t get out.

LOCATION. Upon arrival discovered that a bread toaster was not available upon contacting them one was delivered immediately.

Was a nice location, situated in the centre of town, lots of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The room has been very quiet, clean and warm. We have a little problem with the boiler and next day,over the phone they manage to sort out. We strongly recommend and we definitely have to go back again.

I think for maintenance team just to fix the second entrance door.

Needed a bit more heat over the night as it felt a bit cold.

My partner and I booked this accomodation for our Christmas weekend trip to Cluj-Napoca, thinking, very enthusiastically indeed, that the charming presentation photos would match the reality of the place entirely and that we'll get a clean, cosy and relaxing place to stay. Unfortunately, what we got for the price of approximately 65 euro/night was a studio apartment with stone cold radiators, ripped sheets, disgustingly stained pillows with holes in them, two chairs with ripped upholstery (the yellow chair was also stained), a shower with rust and mold stains on top, lukewarm water with fluctuating heat, two separate leaks and a door with broken hinges that wouldn't close, a bathroom mirror that hasn't been cleaned in years (with cobwebs too), a broken toilet brush (completely unusable), a lamp covered in dust and, on top of it all, the most inhospitable host we have ever encountered, showing a complete lack of empathy towards us back to back. One of the surreal moments we spent in the apartment was when we found the thermostat that was hidden on top of the wardrobe; when we placed it next to the entrance door, the temperature showed 7.5 degrees Celsius, basically the same temperature as outside. It ought to be known that the guests are not allowed to touch neither the thermostat or the central heating system and adjust the temperature for themselves; what you have to do is to contact the host. However, you won't get much done, the host being a man of a few straight words, showing no emotion or care, just facts, as if we were having an absurd conversation between robots. We personally believe that they ought to live up to what they stand for, and we'd like to quote here from one of the messages we received from the accomodation: " we try to compensate by personal touch".

Location is central, with a Meron at the ground floor. Layout facilitate air and light circulation. Industrial design with epoxi floors, 2 balconies, comfortable sofa and bed.

Bathroom needs a bit of work.
