The location

Food, broken safe in the room, not working phone in the room, no hot water in the shower after 8pm, very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, no water glasses in the room, no waste bin in the room, extremely loud (non soundproofed room), stuff doesn’t speak English properly and not really friendly

The room was nice and comfortable. The pool was fun. We liked the location.

Food wasn't great. The variety could be considered enough but they didn't seem or taste high quality.

10 euro Deposit for bransolet all inckusive. Through it and did non deposit back.

Hotel is very clean , but near by is a hotel that doing a construction so it is very noisy even in the room, food was good , awesome wifi , friendly staff , although if you come later for breakfast lunch or dinner not all options are available

Noise form construction nearby also not the best sound prove in the room , also not all remodeling is finished in this property

Location is great, right by the beach. rooms quite nice.

Balcony’s made of steel fences looked like prison cells. Carpets in corridors were filthy. And hotel hosted many large party’s of rude football teams who were extremly noisy. Pool was ice cold and dirty.

they didn’t clean the floor, they just focused on the bed .

Location is nice, the view from the balcony was nice (beach), bathroom is ok.

I dont like it when hotels charge extra for basic things like the safe. If you want to use the safe you need to pay extra. I didnt had wifi in my room (6th floor). Maybe also need to pay for it? The beds/sheets could be better. The sheets did not smell fresh when I arrived. No parking place.

The best hotel in the town! That is why we decided to stay there for a few days more. Very hospitable and friendly administrators. I would especially like to note the receptionist Alexandra: thank you so much for the warm welcome. We will definitely come to you again.

Everything is excellent.

-perfect location -beautiful room -nice bathroom - cleaning was okay -varied dinner, dishes changed -if you have halfboard you can choose to go on dinner or have lunch

- drinks not included at dinner(in whole week nobody gave us a drink menu) - hotel personal doesn’t speak english (except for people at reception) so at dinner they sometimes tóik away my plate even if I didn’t want -breakfast were same the whole week (also the juice was so artificial)

brillant location, only few steps away from beach and main street.

Taxis are very limited in the area. Asked reception if they could order one after they saw us struggling to get one and they said they weren't allowed to order us one.

Location was great, staff too. AC worked fine. There was a bar at the pool.

There were issues with card opening the room doors. No ventilation in toilet I think? Shortage of shampoo at first, asked for resupply No remote for TV? Wifi and safe access in rooms was charged and not free. Wifi in hall was quite slow but worked. Water is not included during dinner but is offered at restaurant-prices. Meal selection was mediocre - not lacking, but a tiny bit boring after a few days, especially given that some meals (e.g. mushrooms) are prepared extremely poorly. Access to pool was through mainy lobby, which felt a bit weird to walk down wearing swimming shorts and slippers (no change facilities at the pool afaik).

it is nonsense to leave a deposit to get a tv remote control and then don’t tell you at check in you found out at night when you want to watch tv, also we asked for extra towels and when I send my son to reception he was told they are out and when I went they gave me on the spot, I booked three rooms non of them had hand soap and shampoo and body was was a size of ketchup

Dirty rooms, a ton of dust under the beds, the food is not tasty, all has the same taste of oil, very bad coffee,no fresh bread, margarine instead of the butter, artificial juice etc... the waitresses are cleaning while you are eating, no respect, no sorry...people smoking at the terrasse, no one is doing anything to this! The only nice moment of the stay was a nice helpful Spanish lady at the reception.

The view of the room was nice! Saw the ocean and beach a bit. And that was good. Location was in the good part of lloret not the crowded party part so we liked that to..

When entered the hotel, staff was not nice.. needed to pay tax that we didnt knew off, and could not be done by card.. only cash. So that was weird.. after we came in the room the table outside in the balcony was dirty, the sheets in the bed had some not nice looking spots in them.. cleaners cleaned the room but forgot to put new shampoo and douche-gell that was annoying. With every turn the bed made a terrible noise, like a crackling noise, horrible to sleep.. we felt like the room had no good ventilation. Breakfast was everyday the same and not good quality, the cappuccino tasted like chocolate.. was very weird.. we needed to pay fo wifi and the free wifi was really shit and only useable in the lobby. And all but not least we saw a giant rat in the pool the day before we left.. not very nice to swim in a pool where rats swim..
