The location was amazing. Close to many strategic, interesting places. The view was so nice. We could feel the real mood od Toscany village. The owners were available all the time and open for the suggestions. What we like the most it was a swimming pool near to to house only for guests.

The floor wasn’t clean as it should. In the kitchen coffee express was dirty. Also part of the fridge inside and few bowls and plates. Until now each flat I visited during many trips, include basic products in the kitchen like salt or oil. Here we didnt Have it. When we informed bout this, the owners give us some but In my opinion its absolutely standard in this time, especially when you visit some place for 3 days, so buying 1 kg of salt It’s No needed.

the garden area was left unmaintained, the toilets next to the swimming pool were not well maintained and they require renovation

The location was good. Place is equipped with what you can expect, dishwasher is a plus. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Pool is amazing! To recommend for people with no kids or not young ones! They sell their own wine which is amazing, try it!

AC is to be paid on top which makes it a bit unpleasant when it costs 2.5 euros per hour and unusual in tuscany. We were in top of building and it is hot. Travelling with young kids, not easy to go to the pool in 2 min as you need a small walk to get there and it is missing a private place to be near the apartment. Not a place to lay around as such with young kids. But that is very particular for this situation.

The place is just perfect if you come to discover Tuscany - in the middle of main attractions. Very good apartment, very clean and spacious. Even in hot days the air-conditioning is not required. Good, comfortable matrasses, we had very good sleep. The pool is just perfectly clean.

Very slow wi-fi. The kitchen equipment, assortment of tableware is very basic. Would be good to have a drying rack in the apartment.

Such wonderful hosts. Very kind, a bottle of their homemade wine made us very happy when we arrived back from a long evening at work. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We had a very nice split level-apartment with a great view that came with everything we needed. The pool was great and a welcoming refreshment to escape the sun. It was also a very good starting point to explore all the beautiful and historic cities nearby (Siena, Florenz, Volterra etc.). We were very happy with the apartment and would go there again anytime.
