Very friendly staff

The room wasn’t very clean. All the towels had hair in them and there was what look like poop on the wall of the washroom

Close to the freeway and could fit my large family.

Not very clean. Bathroom sink overflow drain was encrusted with hair and dirt. Candy wrappers under the nightstand and behind the couch. Overall, the room was wiped down, but not completely clean.

had housekeeping services first day; second day I thought room was clean enough so i declined everything but fresh towels. 3rd day no one stopped by at all. we had do not disturb on door from 1-3 but not in the morning. disappointing

We were able to check in early and that was very helpful. We especially liked the lay-out of the room. With 2 beds it still felt spacious.

Nothing - we were very satisfied.

The room I booked on Booking.com was a queen suite with 2 beds... The room that we got at the hotel was a King suite, 1 bed with a pull out couch. The staff at the desk laughed when I showed her what I booked originally and said it couldn't be honored. The couch was the furthest thing from comfortable and being 3 hours from home and it being late at night, we didn't have much of a choice other than to stay.

We had to call down to the front desk due to people in the room beside us blaring music and running the halls and slamming doors at almost midnight. The staff was quick to address and diffuse the situation.

My catalytic convertor was cut off my vehicle causing me $5,567 worth of damage!! I asked for camera view, and they said they didn't have any. Police was called.

Didn't know a machine pancake could taste good! Breakfast options were great too! Got the extra pillows & blanket we asked for within minutes of calling front desk.

Tub to slippery to use even with the seat & hand rails. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, toilet seat moved when one sat on it, pool water was cold.

Had us in wrong room, said booking.com's fault but they fixed it without hassle.

Pool water was too cold for swimming. Room was warm but water, brrrrrr!
