The beds was comfortable

The dirty floors and the pool was a horrible experience Fri and sat nights. We called for someone to come settle down the roudy parties and nobody came my granddaughter ended up with a bloody nose.

The room was spacious and the lobby was nice.

The tv was crooked and the closet door handle was broken.

Staff was friendly. Maintenance helped right away when a breaker in our room blew; the reset in the room didn't work so he fixed it elsewhere and was fast and friendly. Close to Schottenstein was nice too!

The room was very small and it was hard to move around especially when the sofa bed was pulled out. We had to move furniture all over just to be able to move through the room, even then it was super tight. There was really no place to put luggage; no dresser, no closet, no luggage stand; the bathroom and kitchen counter spaces were too small to utilize or to sit anything on either. The light over the bed wasn't working and there was no large/ overhead light in the living space, was just small lamps. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and we had to sleep with our heads on the high side (the foot side) due to the mattress slanting dowm towards the sofa end where you would normally lay your head. The bathroom door would not stay open and would slam shut on it's own. No trash bags in the cans and the insides of them were dirty and gross. At night there was only a few parking spots left after attending our event: lot was almost completely full! Also, the backdoor was not locked when we came in late at night, seemed unsafe that anyone could walk in the back doors without a key.

Location fit my destination, staff was friendly, beds comfortable, no charge for parking, use of card for security of elevator a good feature, temperature thermostat worked well, hot water was hot and ran with force

Noisy elevator and highway nearby, toilet was very low to sit on, my wake up call never happened, had nowhere to put luggage, I had to plug the telephone in, did not like the soap and shower dispenser system as this was basically public and not sanitary, smoke detectors in the room were not flashing indicating they needed batteries or were obsolete, alarm clock in room did not function well

Location, Staff, Amenities and the room was gorgeous and very modern.

The Elevators ; doors shut way too fast and the whole having to use your room key to operate was a headache.

Friendly nice location! The staff is so accommodating as well! Long road trip and best spot to stop for a night!

The toilet took forever to flush and go back to normal, the air vent was very noisy
