The appartement is so beautiful and the view and terrace are superb. The only thing is be prepare to climb the stairs, travel light! is it worth it? Yes, it is!! The view is magical, the lemon trees, the sea, the beautiful air!! The host even gave us fresh organic and huge lemons!!

Check out time was 9:30hs, a little too early in my opinion.

1. Villa Ines is 10 min walk away from centre and the beach which is surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafés. The property itself is very peaceful. 2. The View! The view is probably the highlight of this property. We could not get over how beautiful the sunrise, the sunset and the lemon farm view of Villa Ines. We had a chance to pick some lemons to make fresh lemon juice! :D. 3. The property provides great facilities. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking needs. We loved the espresso machine. 4. The property was very clean. There were shampoo, conditioner and soap when we arrived which was handy. 5. The host was very nice and friendly. She provided all the information and instruction on how to access the property which was very easy.

A clean and affordable option for the Amalfi Coast. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. Kitchen was mostly stocked, shower was incredible, and the bed was comfy. The hammock with a view overlooking Maiori was a major plus. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

The only downside of this apartment is that it's a bit far from the beach, especially compared to other accommodations. The Q&A said it was a 5 minute walk, but it was more like 12. Not a problem, just something to note.

As described in booking.com there are a lot of stairs, especially if you travel with a lot of luggage.

We absolutely loved this stay BUT... the stairs were not fully declared. It shows a part picture of the steps but there are 129 steps to the property. My husband is very fit and did manage to carry both our suitcases 27kg each, up the steps. This is not fully declared in the listing. The view is great but if you are not very fit this can be a big problem. The add deceived us by stating it was 850 metres to Maiori beach. It is not quite right. Like I say, the villa is absolutely fabulous but be aware of all the steps. There is NO railing to hold onto whilst descending the steps. This villa is not suitable for children - I would never take children on the steps as there is also no safe landing from the bottom to the top. The view is amazing but comes with the price of stairs!

The steps were the only issue but a very big issue. We wouldn't have booked if we knew how many steps, they can be slippery in the wet and no hand rail. Felt dangerous coming down in the wet and we are very fit people!

We loved everything, the villa is so clean, had everything we needed, beautiful views and a lovely outside area. Great location to the beach and restaurants also the ferry’s to other parts of the amalfi coast. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special, I proposed to my partner and wanted the most beautiful location, and Natalia helped me with everything she was great, they helped with transfers from the airport and whilst we were staying at the villa, they even let us stay longer due to our flights being cancelled we have had a fantastic stay and can’t recommend these guys enough fantastic!!! Thank you so much :)

beautiful view, very nice people, they gave us great recommendations, it feels warm & comfy, very clean and sweet, it was private and easy, location was great too, 5 minutes to the beach and lot of restaurants

parking is not so easy but possible if you search, you can also book a private parking spot for 15€ per day

We booked it for 7days and left on the fourth. Since the day we arrived we found out that we will share villa with the ants. At the beginning the amount of the ants was not critical and we thought we will handle them. On day 4 we woke up realizing that bedroom is occupied by them. Our luggage, wardrobe and nearby walls were crawling with ants (even though we didn't had any food there). Hosts was well aware of the problem and all they suggested was to spray them. We were doing it since day 1 and amount of them only increased, therefore we decided that we don't want to stay there any longer. Hosts were not particularly helpful either. For them presence of the ants was normal since the villa is near the garden (at least they explained it in that way). Also we didn't receive any refund because once again having ants is normal. One more thing: the villa is up on the hill and to reach it you should take a lot of steep steps that is not mentioned anywhere
