The location of the property is perfect very close to the town centre, shops restaurants etc. The Rooms were all comfortable and suited our needs.We would stay again.

The cottage needs some improvement in certain areas painting and maintenance. The Garden needs a makeover and new furniture.

Wasn't clean enough fridge needed more cleaning. It was very dusty. Paint coming off walls. Garden furniture was filthy

Great location for the town. Nice, cottage feel. Comfortable. Well equipped. Good value.

Car parking space a little awkward. Main light in lounge very 'white' therefore not very relaxing/warm. No access to spares eg bin bags, toilet rolls etc if needed.

Stayed at september cottage before. Great location great cottage and bonus is a car parking space I would definitely recommend this cottage and the location

Cottage /seaside feel..open fire..location

New kettle needed...as scaled up and no filter...some deep cleaning in certain parts ie:cutlery drawer,wall near radiator in kitchen..washing machine cupboard.

instructions on using the boiler could have been clearer as you needed to use the thermostat which was not mentioned. There were no batteries in the remote for the DVD player. The icebox was iced up as was the freezer. The plumbing next door woke us up. we were given the wrong code to get into the key safe.

The location was perfect, a mile from Holkham & the wonderful beach, a short drive to Wells beach with its pretty beach huts & a 2 minute walk to shops & cafes/pubs. Cottage was warm, comfy & spacious with 2 parking spaces. The cottage has steep stairs which could be a problem for the less agile. We throughly enjoyed our stay & would go back.

The only thing that lets this cottage down is the mould on tiles in bathroom, not excessive but not a good look. The stairs, although authentic to the date of cottage could cause problem for those less agile.
