The apartment was like home from home could not fault anything excellent

Everything, it was clean warm and very comfortable. We didn't have a view but we knew that when we booked ,you are straight on to the Quay when you come out the front door which is great .We loved the whole apartment and would definitely stay again .

Nothing really ,a suggestion would be to have a lamp in the living room but that is really the only thing .

A lovely apartment, quayside location. Everything felt new, warm, stylish, spacious and comfortable, all a very good standard. Details like the welcome basket and robes made a welcoming difference. Pubs, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurant below, all within walking distance and watching the tidal changes opposite the apartment was a real pleasure. Free car parking was arranged by the owner whose communication was excellent. many thanks for a lovely break and we will recommend your apartments to friends and family.

No views (knew this before booking), hard bed and firm pillows, no tea towel, no can opener (that we could find). No complimentary shower gel.

It was surreal to walk out the door and be on quayside, the town Centre and the countryside walks that are available make this easily one of the best accommodations we have visited. On top of this, the lay out of the apartment was second to none, and the facilities available really made the holiday.

Everything - very modern and attractive. Comfortable and clean. I loved the Christmas tree.

Unfortunately there was some noise from next door with an extraction fan running through the night. This was the only negative

excellent facilities to a good standard. excellent communication before arriving and parking sorted for the stay.

no real issues but there is a lockup outside the bedroom windows which is a fridge or something so hums all night. whilst we expected it there is also no real views from the windows and buildings next door so not possible to sit and watch the world go by.

Beautiful, high spec, airy apartment. Everything you needed. Quiet. The owners were highly efficient at correcting a couple of problems we had.

Not having a view... but the advertising is very clear that you can't see out to the sea. The top oven and tray need cleaning.

Views from the windows. All the windows of the apartment overlooked a back yard full of bins. Perhaps the lack of a view should be mentioned in the marketing as the pictures of the block containing the apartment overlooks the quayside.

It is right in the centre of Wells Next The Sea. It was an extremely comfortable and well appointed appartment.

It had no usable view. Car parking on the reserved car park could not be guaranteed.

Some noise from pub next door but can’t be avoided Blackout blinds in bedroom may be an idea to keep lights out from pub back of house

Apartment lovely.

we were not informed it was neighbouring two fish and chip shops and the flues were very near the sky light windows so unable to have the windows open making the apartment very hot. we both work long hours and the constant early and late noise from the bin/storage areas woke us or kept us awake.

We didn’t have breakfast but we liked the position the parking arrangement,and of course the welcoming package ,

The continual noise of the businesses using the yards sometimes until quite late in the evening. Also at times the language could have been moderated.
