Comfy, well equipped, perfect for a family stay, with lovely welcome pack
Ceiling fans and thick curtains were great in the heatwave keeping us cool. Great to have a second small fridge along with a a large fridge freezer. Very well equipped. Great sized kitchen, bedrooms and garden. we loved the dining room/lounge area. The barbecue was a great addition which we used. The welcome pack was so lovely with lots of local farm shop cheese, cakes, juice, etc etc, great. Great communication with Hazel and Jacqui.
Couple of mouldy (underneath) non slip bath mats in bathroom, need replacing. Other than this all really great.

we had a great “three generation”weeks holiday.
location just 15 mins to beach and great kids park in between. coop, butchers and farm shop within walking distance and great choice. bird feeders outside lounge window great to watch. plenty of toys and games and kitchen well stocked with pans and crockery etc. prompt response to water heating failure.
Pooh bags by side gate. Weeds in all gravel areas. Stinging nettles by seating area. Loved the “No Mow May” lawns.

Great place to stay even when the weather isn’t great.
The bungalow was very spacious, only 8 mins walk to the shop and beach. We were 2 families so 8 in total and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The food parcel was a lovely surprise, local cheese, jam, eggs, bread butter & milk along with biscuits and cake! lots of games, books and some teddies for the kids to argue over. The owner very kindly said we could stay on an extra day so we didn’t have to drive back in storm Eunice! which was very much appreciated!

A great visit to a comfortable home that catered for all ages - thank you.
A very well equipped house with enough bedrooms for our party which included 3 grandchildren of 9, 12 and 13. Kitchen extremely well fitted (probably far better than most homes) Unfortunately internet did not work but owner got someone to look at it though problem not solved. Narrow bumpy access to the house so arriving at night time was a bit challenging. However house otherwise well positioned enabling some of the party to enjoy sunrise on the nearby Winchelsea Beach so a memorable start to the New Year. Rye, Rye Harbour (which included an outside pub lunch on New Year's Day, Camber Sands, bird reserve and the wonderful beach at Winchelsea enabled us to have a wonderful winer break between Christmas and the New Year. Thank you for supplying a basket of food treats. The house had lots of places to play hide and seek plus good assortment of games. Can see why Stoats is so popular. Great that we could take our dog too and grateful for fenced in garden and nearby access to walks .

Home comforts whilst being on a mini holiday.
The property was fully equipped with everything and more that you could possibly need. It was a perfect location, quiet and peaceful with easy access to where we wanted to travel too. A home from home.
Our stay wasn't long enough to truly appreciate the property and beautiful surrounding area.
