excellent emplacement avec vue sur la baie. Centre commercial juste à côté, ainsi que la station de métro. Le spa est super, avec un personnel efficace et aux petits soins.

Pas assez de lumières dans la chambre.

Large room with views across the bay. The bathroom had two sinks, a lovely bath looking out over the bay and a separate large shower cubicle. Perfect location for getting cruise ship from Yokohama cruise terminal. The staff were very helpful and respectful.

Great location, close to everything. There was a direct bus from the airport to the hotel entrance and back, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced. There were mosquitos in the room. I got the corner room. It is large but the view is not as in the photos because there is a very tall building of Intercontinental Hotel right in front. The room is spacious but if I had known that the view was totally different, I would not have chosen this room.

We had a nice apartment with a lovely view of the bay and a corner balcony. Convenient for Haneda airport.

The swimming pool was limited and this hotel deserves a more luxurious spa area.

Location and cleaness

All the staff were watching us all the time and we didn't feel comfortable. Do you know why? It's because we knew they were cold and two faces. (Inginburei) This is the 3rd time stay but we might not come back here anymore. This hotel seems to be down hill, to be honest. The staff needs to get fully trained hospitality.

I LOVED everything about this property. The view was outstanding and the room was beautiful and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything I did not like about this place. by far my favorite hotel I have stayed in.

The view was great. The room was excellent. But the best thing was the amazing, person, exceptional, friendly service of Chihiro Kai. She was fantastic! She listened to everything I said and went beyond what was expected. I work in hotels so I always see the way hotel staff treat guest. She was great. Just great. She really made the experience wonderful

I liked everything.

Really lovely, spacious room with a great view. The beds were really comfortable with a couple of options of pillows stored in the wardrobe. Everything was really clean and modern. I especially liked that in the evening hours, the pool is adults only.

There was a long line for check in so I probably shouldn't have been surprised there was a wait, albeit short, for breakfast in the morning. Also, despite last orders being at 10:30, cleaning up began just after 10:00...

inconsiderate rules. not a family oriented hotel. 30 minutes check in at 5pm. the check in time starts at 3. guests need to pay high price for using the pool. did not grant late check out after all. not even a bottle of water in the room. did not reply to my 2 emails before our trip. the shampoos are limited in a small tubes. carpet in 2 rooms i booked are the dirtiest. disappointed for 5 star.

I love love the room. I did not expect it to be big and have the best view,it was a great stay. and would literally go back again and try some more of their services,my friends and I are amazed of how clean and friendly the staff are. I rate it more than just 10:))))
