No welcome drink or cool towel on arrival as advertised. Charged $5 for an accidental broken drinking glass.

The property was spacious and included a full kitchen. Pool was amazing!

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals when we arrived. Very comfortable bed. Nice villa.

Had such a wonderful time, stayed for a week. The location was perfect. Beach is very close and a lot of restaurants and markets. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast options were a huge bonus. Was very private which was nice

The water pressure wasn't too good. Theres a huge bath but takes very long to fill it up because the water pressure is low. The toilet also struggled to flush because there wasn't enough pressure.

Everything was fantastic from the minute we arrived. Breakfast delivered every morning at your preffered time. You fill out a form each day with what you want for breakfast each day. Staff were very helpful with everything. Rooms were very spacious and bed super comfy ❤️ decent size pool for a villa and nice and warm. Would recommend this place to stay at. Lots of restaraunts close by.

The only thing that was no good was the water pressure. Has a lovely big bath in the bathroom but would take 4 weeks to fill up 🤣

the shower facilities were terrible. water was not hot and there was very lite water flowing. we called the receptionist everyday because of this. was not rectified the first time.

Excellent location, only a short stroll to fabulous dining and shopping options. The pool was great and it was lovely to lay on the pool chairs under the umbrella after a nice refreshing dip.

The villas are advertised as luxury however they are far from it, they would have been fantastic 20 years ago. The first night our AC in the bedroom was not working (was set at 16 but was not cooling which made for a very sweaty nights sleep). We reported to staff the next day who sent somebody to fix this however it definitely was not fixed. As a result we needed to change villas. The second villa was not much better. The AC in the main living areas works well but both bedrooms did not cool to the same level. There were two leaks in the bathroom ceiling (we had two days of rain) and at this point we didn't want to move again. Mattress was ok. Gyprock was damaged in bathroom walls and white powder was falling into counter. Breakfast was included however of the 6 mornings we were there, we opted to eat out after three days of breakfast as it was not that great. The Indonesian option was definitely the best option for breakfast if you do get breakfast there. Overall, the staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be however the owner of the villa absolutely needs to do some maintenance as they are very tired. For the price point (we paid just over AU$1,000 for 7 nights) we were a little disappointed.

space and layout was great, the villa was light and open. 5 min walk to busy street with quality shopping, restaurant’s and bars. The villa has a filtered water dispenser which was very reassuring.

we felt like everything needed a good scrub. in particular the shower has unsightly hard water stains detracting it appearance!

very small, not ideal in wet season as there is no undercover area or even chairs to sit outside, if you are at the villa you are just limited to being inside

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Balinese warmth and kindness shines through everyone. Beyond that the villa was great and the location was fantastic to move around. We walked a lot and used taxis as needed. Highly recommend this villa.

The portion of the breakfast was huge but that mainly might be because I don't have big meals. Felt horrible wasting food daily but they make amazing meals. Highly recommend asking them to half the portions if you are not a big eater.

Quiet and private, pretty good location, supermarket next door, BMC down the Rd, 5 minute walk to eat st and shops. Also liked the pool Great fridge freezer

The lighting is really poor,no choice to turn it up bright, could not read. Breakfast was cold, half hour late, bacon over cooked. We had it once and cxxld the rest made our own. A toaster in the room would be great. Toilet no door and too close to the bedroom.

No hot water in the shower and the shower pressure is really poor unless you like a freezing cold shower. We did tell reception and they changed the shower head but the next day it stopped working!!
