I liked the fact that the apartment is close to the center, large and spacious rooms that can easily accommodate four people. It has everything you need, from cutlery, plates, glasses to a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

I didn't like the fact that although the apartment was located on a street with little traffic and quiet, during the night there were noisy neighbors. They were making noise until after 2AM in all 3 nights I spent there. The walls of the block being very thin, you could absolutely hear it, which was very unpleasant. Another disturbing thing is the fact that check-in can only be done at 4PM, and when your plane lands in Valencia in the morning, the fact that you have to stay around the city all day without checking in is not pleasant.

The location and spacious

Warm, clean and generally quiet. Airconditioner in main area. Extra bedding in the cupboards. Open plan kitchen with pots and pans. Parking available within 5 minutes walking. Many nearby localities for morning coffee. Situated in Chinatown with many authentic restaurants close by.

Rooms were a little dated, with cupboard doors misaligned. Smell in toilet that we couldn't rid. Would benefit from international tv.

Excellent location. Very clean. Easy check-in and check-out.

Reading lamps on the nightstands in the bedroom would have been nice. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, could use some sprucing up.

The apartment is spacious, very close to the city historical center, we loved everything about it. It was very clean, which is so important!

The furniture needs some renewal.

I ordered twin beds and asked before I arrived to make sure that was available. I was informed that only double bed was available. To be fair they made up the sofa bed and that was great.

Everything was good eoth the flat and it was clean .

The wifi was a bit slow and sometimes does have data on it.

It was light and airy with plenty of windows. The terrace was nice and everything was clean. The Old Town and Jardín de Turia were really close. The cafe just down the street was friendly too.

Nothing except it wasn’t clear that the terrace was upstairs rather than off the apartment and we didn’t find it until the second day. I thought I’d made a mistake in the booking.

Very welcoming staff and check-in were easy. Parking also was provided on the first day, it is located in another building (around 300 meters from the apartments). Parking wasn't free, and we were charged 15 euros per day, but the car was safe and we had access to the vehicle 24/7. The location is excellent, it is just 200 meters from the old town and 10 minutes walk to the city center, market, etc. It's a bit dirty on the streets, but it seems to be normal in Valencia.

WI-FI is terrible. I asked for help, and guys from the hotel staff tried to solve it, but nothing changed. My kid is studying online and had to cancel all her lessons for a week. I'm working online and also had to rent a coworking space in the nearest neighborhood to be able to work. So if an internet connection is important for you as for us, I would not recommend this place. The location is nice, but it is quite noisy till 1 am. It is also hard to get to the sea from this location, it takes 1 hour on the bike and the same on public transport which is also not very convenient.

no kettle provided , worktop was dirty and stained , dusty sandle left under the bed. lift only went from 1st floor not ground so not good with a buggy . very noisy

washing machine is so good. Air conditioner is excellent.

The apartment was one of the least comfortable places we've stayed in during 3 weeks of holidays in Spain. The only seats in the apartment are 4 bar stools with no back support of any kind and at a height where it was easier to simply stand up; and a couch which functions as a fold-out bed and consequently is so deep that it's not possible to sit on the couch with back support and keep feet on the floor. The mattress on the bed seems so old that it slopes outwards and is also uncomfortable. I ended up with back problems from the apartment. The TV stand and "coffee table" are appalling: both are so unsteady to prevent them from being moved safely and would give IKEA a bad name if it were of IKEA standard. The doors which open for closet space are hard to open, make a racket, and are broken and have seen no oil for a long time. Other kitchen cupboards have missing handles and were in a shocking state, they haven't seen any maintenance for some time. And then there's the air conditioning: only available in the main living area. We twice reported significant leaks of water from the unit; we had 2 one-hour visits to address this, both happened promptly. The main bedroom has a fan which barely works to provide any cooling -- and makes a loud noise all night long, not simply that of a standard ceiling fan. Since our visit was during the height of Valencia heat, this meant sleep was somewhat challenging.

This is a pleasant enough apartment which can at the same time seem quite pricey for what it is. The best thing is the location which is within walking distance of the main Market and shops and one minute from the nearest supermarket. It is reasonably clean and comfortable but the negative comments I have do rather indicate a lack of care

Main problem was the kitchen. There is a long run of units about 2500 length with planty of cupboard space but only one power point for the whole length which is used for the microwave. There is a toaster which you have to place on the floor to plug in and there is no kettle - to make tea you need a saucepan of water on the hob. Nor are there any continers/bowls which would enable you to cook something in the microwave, neither is there an oven so being able to cook is very limited. There is single room air conditioning with only a fan in the bedroom - very hot at night. The batteries in the TV remote were dead (easy to replace!) and hot water was set at scalding hot - it only needed to be turned down. The shower was in the bath and not really flexible with a shower curtain which was stained at the bottom. Comunal trash bins are right below in the street.

Clean apartment, unfortunately the sink of the bathroom was clogged! My friend and I have to use the kitchen's sink!
