The location was very convenient to everything in the area and far enough away to make you feel at home, mist definitely will use this property again and recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to NOTL and area wineries. The house was furnished comfortably and every room was exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed. We would gladly stay there again.

We were only there for two nights on business. It was very nice and beautiful.

Overall a comfortable and spacious property with good amenities. The house requires some renewal, as it is somewhat tired inside and out. Good for a couple or family.

If you want to get away from it all and still be close to it all, this is the place! Quiet and comfortable in a peach orchards neighborhood. Perfect stay for a wedding we attended in wine country. Would come back and enjoy again.

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from Old Town Niagara on the lake. We were provided with everything we needed for our stayand our host even left us a nice bottle of wine on our arrival!

Visited many wonderful winery’s. The entire area was beautiful the flowers are so vibrant. Enjoyed every minute of our time at Niagra on the lake. Will definitely be back. The house was perfect for our short stay.

Lovely, quiet little spot close to many wineries. Nice amenities and the owner was super easy to communicate with. He also gifted us a bottle of wine from a nearby winery as we were in NOTL celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary. Upon booking we thought the cleaning fee was a bit expensive, but this place is much better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was in a very quiet and serene setting. Only a 5 minute drive from the center of Niagara on the Lake. Clean and comfortable accommodation. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. It was our Wedding Anniversary and he even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy.

This bungalow was absolutely wonderful! Very large kitchen, fully equipped with everything that I needed :) Bedroom’s beautifully decorated, lots of extra pillows, lots of towels, great washroom (3 shower heads in the shower!). BBQ worked well (lighter provided), backyard perfect and situated on an orchard (I think?!). Property was EXACTLY what I was looking for - it was on a quiet road in the country (I wasn’t looking to stay in Niagara Falls proper). Super comfortable furniture, comfortable beds…just a great living space all on one level (I have difficulty with stairs). It was extreme accommodating and only 20mins away from the Falls for AT LEAST 1/2 the price (for 5 nights). I had everything I needed for my creature comforts with so much more room (than having to be cramped into a hotel room). Would highly recommend for a couple or small family to stay here - great kitchen, dining and living space for all 😊. This was my first VRBO experience and Joab (host) made it a great one! The house had everything we needed. It has a very well stocked kitchen, nice private deck out back and is surrounded by beautiful trees. The house is situated in the middle of wineries and orchards. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very comfortable. Quiet and private- very well equipped kitchen and close to lots of things. Joab was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions and requests. I recommend and will be back the next time I travel in the area.

My significant other and mother spent the weekend here to visit Niagra falls & Queenston. The house is perfectly situated within the vineyards and a short ride to Queenston. We thought the atmosphere was peaceful and the house had nice amenities. Very comfortable, safe & cozy. The host is very responsive . We were very happy we chose this Vrbo!

Enjoyed being just outside of town in the middle of vineyards

House was newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Very large living space. Quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Centralized location made it easy to get uber to and from our destinations (winery’s). Would highly recommended booking this house. Host was easy to communicate with via text. Will book again next time we plan a trip to the area.

While booking, we didn’t understand why no outdoor pictures were posted but we did find out why when we got there. The outdoor is quite run down. The place was described as cozy place on 10 acres but realistically it was on a regular size lot with close nearby neighbors. We did enjoy having the neighbors farm animals (ducks and roosters). No curtains in the washroom, which meant no privacy, especially at night. No doorknobs on kitchen cabinets 🤷‍♀️ There was also a strong stuffy smell throughout the place

When planning my first trip to Niagara Falls I was looking for someplace quiet, and lovely that was not downtown. This spot was perfect. 20 min drive from the falls in the town of Niagra-on-the-lake, surrounded by wineries and antique shops, and lovely neighborhoods, this spot was perfect. Plenty of room for my husband and I to relax. We cooked meals in the large well equipped kitchen, ate dinners on lovely deck, and slept extremely well in the comfortable bed. We stayed for 3 days and I can not wait till we can come back! I can’t recommend this place enough. The owner was great at communicating with us. Left us a bottle of wine from a nearby vineyard and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we made the reservation. The house was clean, and as picturesque as the photos in the listing made it seem. Book this spot for your next trip to this lovely part of Canada. You will be ever so glad you did!

The home is located in an excellent location - near NOTL, wineries, market garden, and close to services such as groceries and shops. The home was spotless and spacious with ample towels, bedding, etc. The back deck was a particularly lovely space for relaxing and reading - with an orchard in the back yard too! The host was super helpful and responsive to all queries! And the bottle of wine from the nearby winery was a kind gesture!

Check in was very easy. Appliances are nice but no dishwasher. Living room is nice. Big backyard. Nice washrooms but need a curtain or blind on the window. My husband loved the bbq.

Well equipped and maintained property located in the heart of wine country. A10-15min bike ride to most of Niagara's best wineries and downtown NOTL. Joab was super-responsive and even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Would recommend to anyone. -- Chris & Eve

Checking in was a breeze. Joab, the host was accessible and very helpful. The house is as advertised. Beautiful orchard in the backyard and outside eating area just perfect for breakfast. Well located close to vineyards, restaurants and Old Town. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. Lots to do and see, and lots of quiet time.

It is a very nice house with an outdoor covered porch, perfect for dinners and evenings. A great location for wine country access and close to NOTL. The TV with the Apple TV attachment provided a great deal of sports and entertainment. The beds were comfortable and the washroom had an excellent shower. Almost every light switch has a dimmer which provides for excellent light levels though out the house. The only shortcoming is no dishwasher - we had to relearn how to hand wash the dishes!

Don't let the outside looks of this little bungalow fool you! Perfectly located in Ontario's wine country.. we walked to Strewn winery! A few minutes drive to historical NOTL and very close to bike routes! The house is big enough to accommodate 4 adults and all our road bike gear! Very well laid out house including a gourmet kitchen, It had all we needed! From a bottle of wine left by the owner to umbrellas and walking sticks. A little hammock in the shade would be a bonus to enjoy the beautiful backyard with a glass of wine. 5 days of comfort and calm! We would definitely return!!

This is such a great place. Location is ideal for wineries, lavender farm and thr beautiful downtown of NOTL. We would stay again forsure. The host is lovely and quick to respond anytime I had questions. Property has a very cool vibe... I have to say the shower is the best part. Three different shower heads... heavenly!
