Além do ar condicionado não estar funcionando o chuveiro estava frio

The food and staff service were great. Lynn and I were lucky enough to get Sipho again as our game ranger. He is very knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable.

For some reason our beds were not turned down on both nights. The staff knocked on the door both nights after we had retired to bed. This is not a big issue but is odd and inconsistent with our last visit. We brought it to the attention of the manager.

The staff are incredible and the surroundings are beautiful. The rooms are elegantly furnished.

There was a school trip, 50 teenage boys staying at the lodge. Breakfast and the braai were loud and chaotic as a result. This definitely did not create a relaxing elegant atmosphere.

The food menu. The menu at the restaurant is Ala carte for all meals and options are really not inclusive. The restaurant isn’t really a restaurant( just a serving area) because they can’t serve any other food at other times of the day if it’s not during breakfast, lunch or dinner time. This should be stated

The food and location to the park was outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

It would have been lovely to see into the park from the balconies.

Wow, Ivory Tree is just wow, the a la Carte menu was never the same and had a variety to suite everyones needs, the same with breakfast. The staff was very friendly and always there to assist. The Game rangers were friendly and very informative. The rooms are clean and always smell fresh.
