Private rooms look nothing like the pictures, very old with mould over the walls and low ceilings. shared bathrooms are so hot you can’t go in without sweating, nowhere to relax all seating areas all very uncomfortable. Have to climb 3 flights of stairs with your luggage to get to the rooms.

The location is perfect, close to everything and makes it very easy for me to visit clients. The staff is super friendly and could help with any of my questions. The vibe in the afternoon is very relax, so great to do online work from the restaurant overlooking the water. The nightlife is great, drinks in the evening were great, the service is very friendly and great recommendations.

The housekeeping only came in on the first night, the other two nights there was no service to the room. I was not advised that there was no room service since I had a private room (at least the change of towels) that was only done after the first night. For me it was not a problem but I was surprised since I work in tourism. The noise on the weekend, but it was expected for being a saturday night.

We took the overnight bus from Panama City to Bocas (which was the worst idea I've ever had in my life), so we arrived very early. We asked the girl from reception if we could do an early check-in because we couldn't sleep for the whole night, but it wasn't possible at that time, so she helped us by accommodating us in the movie room so that we could sleep till it was time to check in, which we absolutely loved and are grateful for.

The bathroom is too small, there needs to be more space to hang our wet clothes to dry. Also, the kitchen utensils, such as the pans and spatula are deteriorated and there was only one spatula available.

The cowork space was good. The internet was strong and the AC worked well. The staff were really nice. I complained about all the noise and asked to switch to the other Selina Red Frogs property and was very thankful they let me switch halfway through my stay!

The place is a full on party hostel. It was very loud and difficult to sleep. I knew I was in trouble when I saw that earplugs were provided on the bedside table. The music blasted until 2am most nights. I was expecting more remote work people but most of the guests appeared to be young partiers. Not my scene.

Loved the location, room was clean, aircon worked great. Nice clean shared kitchen, and great social areas. Lots going on and easy to book tours 🙌

Rooms had a lot of space, kitchen was nice but could have more utensils, there was only one knife for cutting. Nice welcome drink and lots of activities, although you can get the tours cheaper from the guides on the street

No towels provided which for the price paid I would expect them to be included

We love our room 214 nice view tinny but perfect for the price, would be nice to let us know we needed to bring our own towels. We enjoy our stay

Check in it’s so late for the flys time in the area, hear some bad stuff from hostal shared room but I guess you get what you paid for, other than that we enjoy the stay. It’s a party area so it’s very noisy.

really good location in town. For quiet nights avoid a room facing the street because it can be loud at night.

Communication about water shortage. I do completely respect the situation on the island but communication is key. This was our first Selina experience and we expected just a bit more because the price for Selina hostels are above average. It’s a huge company and providing a bottle of water for your customers to brush teeth would’ve been appreciated. @front desk: a warm welcome is always fun when you arrive after a long journey 🤗

great location, very good common spaces, staff is friendly and helpful. They are flexible and willing to help with everything. A lot of activities and great place to meet people. Matress are confortable

Could be a bit cleaner, noisy at night although the party stops at around midnight. Food and tours are a bit pricier than in other places around the island

our room was a little messy, wall painting had signs of use and the bathroom door was broken. i was expecting a big party as usual but since they changed from disco nights to restrobar its a little bit boring :(

The easy access to the taxi boat to get around the island. The accomodating staff.

The kitchen did not have enough if any cutleries at all. Sink was blocked most of the time and utensils were damaged with broken stove. The noise from the parties was way too much unless you want to sleep at 4am.

if you wanna party its your place. good central location. chilled terrace. security is good.

Nice kitchen location, just need an easy access from the CoWork building. Party night is nice. CoWork space is awesome. Easy access to water taxi.

Some staff were talking to you while they were watching videos on their phone. No smiling or customer service awareness? Pricey and housekeeping could be more frequent due to number of guests.

The fact that it was on the water, but half places in Bocas del Toro are on the water

The room was not livable. There was no water in the shower, and they sent us to shower in another room that hadn't even been cleaned. The A/C was barely working and made a loud noise all night that didn't let us sleep; it was even leaking in the room so the floor flooded by the morning. It is supposed to be a place where the Internet connection is good and stable but it wasn't; I had to go buy an additional prepaid phone to connect with online data to work. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've had in hotels/hostels. I generally stay in Selina places regularly. This one is not worth the extra money!!
