Love the location, quiet but with easy access to El Tunco and the beach. Staff could not have been friendlier. Breakfast was really nice, and so convenient to be able to eat well before getting started on the day. Internet access worked perfectly - no issues there. Rooms are comfortable - ideally, I'd have liked an alternative to the bed for sitting comfortably, but that's minor. Hammocks and outside tables in each room is really nice. Nice to have filtered water easily available to refill water bottles and carafes.
Literally the only thing would be a lounge chair or easy chair in the room. The shower is gentle to a fault, but that's minor.

The property is really nice, food is great, and staff is very kind! All my vacation needs were met. We stayed as a group of 11 people and everyone has nothing but great things to say about the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Great location, close enough to the action to be able to easily access but still nice and quiet at night. The facilities were great. Also balance was next door, great place to go for lunch or yoga (but maybe not stay over night) which made it perfect.
Only complaint I can think of is the light on the AC was very bright at night but we probably should have just asked if there was a way to turn it off

The resort was absolutely brilliant - I was a bit worried as it was not directly on the main beach but a path runs from the hotel to the beach and it is only 3 minutes walk. The resort has two pool areas (one includes a swim up pool bar). The food and drinks were excellent and well priced. The room was large and absolutely fine for a couple. I loved that the hotel provides free water via a dispenser which was great. We also had a little fridge in the room which was helpful.
It was not an issue for us but just be aware that the shower is not a separate room, it is separated from the room by a wall but you step straight into the room when stepping out from the shower. The toilet is partitioned off though!

The staff was so amazing . Sandra , Daniel , and Mari went above and beyond to help us and make sure everything was taken care of . They’re super genuine respectful and you can really tell they care about making sure everyone is taken care of .

It was clean, and comfortable. Very nice pools. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great.
WiFi was very unreliable. The tv/cable relied on internet access so it was really bad. We were not able to watch tv.

The location was prefect. Being in the heart of Surf City but far enough from the clubs. Yet only a 5 min walk with well lighted streets. Hotel has security 24hrs but it's not need. The breakfast was very good with a typical Salv flavor. It selection was enough for you to have a little of everything you may need. The location of the breakfast very nice, next to the to river with a bit of an ocean view.
On this visit, I didn't find anything I did not like.

Everything about this location was beyond what we expected. The staff from the security down to the housekeepers are super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We felt to comfortable it felt like home. Our housekeeper was amazing. Our room was always clean.

Location and level of privacy was very nice! Loved the swim up pool and overall staff.
I loved the stay BUT would have liked to have warm water in the shower. I showered twice and both times it was cool water, not even warm. Also, I would have loved to have a longer mirror on the wall where I could try on my outfits. Doesn’t have to be a fancy mirror. A simple $10 mirror would work :)

the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. most of the staff were attentive and accommodating. the rooms were clean. the food and drinks were great.

Location near El Tunco great. Walkable to local shops/restaurants. Grounds of facility were well maintained. Clean. Beautiful. Staff was friendly. Service at restaurant and at poolside bar was excellent. Room was clean and bed soft.
