Estuve hospedado en este hotel “boutique”, por tan solo una sola noche aunque el plan eran 3. La experiencia no fue buena, encontré una situación inesperada y bastante desagradable: por la noche, mientras dormía, se desprendían fragmentos del techo sobre la cama (ver fotos de las condiciones del trecho de mi habitación) Esto es un detalle que, incluso en un hotel de categoría inferior, resulta inaceptable.
Lo más desconcertante fue que, al expresar mi queja al personal, la respuesta fue indiferente; no se ofreció ninguna disculpa o compensación, algo que habría sido un mínimo gesto de atención para una experiencia de este tipo.
Sumo que el colchón era sumamente incómodo.
Considero que un hotel boutique de esta categoría y precio debería revisar cuidadosamente sus instalaciones y mejorar el servicio al cliente para estar a la altura de las expectativas de huéspedes que prefieren esta opción frente a la oferta de hoteleria tradicional.
Conclusión no lo recomiendo

The rooms are large and very well decorated. The food at the hotel is exceptional! Breakfast at the restaurant facing the very peaceful and serene courtyard area was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There is a nightclub that is seemingly close to the hotel that has very good music. Unfortunately, the music is played well into the night, which could create interrupted sleep. I used a sleep application with white noise, so it was not a bother to me.

Great location, super friendly staff and everything was very clean. Very nice house and the restaurant was good.
Rooms are very austere and simple, expected a bit more for the rate I paid. TV installation wasn’t done properly and angled way too low.

The hotel itself is a very nice place. It is modern and very much upscale. Breakfast is served at the restaurant in a very nice atmosphere with garden view and nice quiet music. Furthermore, the included breakfast options are exceptional. Nevertheless, during the night (we were there Thursday to Saturday) the hotel is not necessarily quiet as it is located in a fancy neighbourhood of San Salvador where there are a lot of night clubs. In fact, both nights, there was a lot of loud music until very late.
In the bathroom there was a tipical sign that stated that towels etc. would only be changed when on the floor. Nevertheless, the changed the towels every day. Furthermore, certain staff at the reception gave us a rather snobbish treatment.

The staff was great, the food was very good, the room very clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit outside the room in the evening. Will definitely return.
The only bad was the bed was very low to the ground, comfortable but low.

Comfortable, cozy, quiet. Amazing staff, specially the team at Il Bongustaio (the restaurant). Incredible food and beautiful design.
Our room only had one item of everything: one bathrobe, one pair of slippers, one cup to drink coffee/tea. staff were quick to respond to requests and incredibly kind so no a huge problem. Just odd.

it was clean and stylish, near everything. i was afraid that there are a lot of restaurants and night life in the neighborhood but inside the room it was very silent and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and kind.

Nico Urban Hotel was an amazing place to stay, from the beautiful design, to having an outdoor space we loved everything about our stay there. The bathroom is simply gorgeous and that is just the room.
Breakfast was delicious and when we had an early morning tour the staff kindly made us a to go bag with a delicious prosciutto sandwich and apple! It really made my day to have such a good breakfast and snack before and after hiking a volcano. The restaurant is also a place people frequent often so while we missed dinner, I definitely want to return specifically to try their evening menu.
We were also able to go out and Nico is in a GREAT neighborhood. Cadejo brewing, nightlife, bars are ALL across the street, around the corner, and up the block. I cannot say enough good things about Nico and thank the receptionist for an attentive and warm welcome and service.

By far, the best hotel in San Salvador. And the restaurant Il Bongustaio is also the best restaurant in san salvador. Very customized service, quality of the food, and perfect service.
