Abbiamo alloggiato nella casetta di legno. Molto comoda e carina (i bambini erano entusiasti) con mini frigo e bagno con doccia. Location immersa nel verde. Possibilità di utilizzare sauna e jacuzzi oltre alla piscina esterna riscaldata. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. Personale gentilissimo.

What a fabulous place to stay! We were only here one night but would have loved to stay longer. Our room in the main building was gorgeous, beautifully renovated with gorgeous view. My brother and nephew were in the chalets which had great AC. Small but comfortable. The pool and bar were lovely and perfect for a hot afternoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful! they even have a little electric golf cart you can use to bring your luggage from the parking to the room. This is a great location for visiting the Ferrari museum which is only 25 minute drive away.

We had a small wooden tipi like house for our kids. Very spacious and well equipped. We as parents had a brick house just outside the gate. This was brand new spacious extremely clean. We visited Ferrari in Maranello and afterward a Parmigiano Reggiano factory so it was situaties very well

Beautiful property up in the mountains - around 40 minutes to Modena and Bologna which makes it an ideal base for day trips around these areas. Beautiful views and what a gift to wake up everyday to nothing but bird sounds and church bells playing a tune every 7:00 am. Swimming pool and the property in general is kept clean everyday. Georgia from the reception is a gem - she is so welcoming and goes out of her way to meet the needs of the guests. There are about 8 units so expect to share the facilities with other families - but this did not bother us. We met some very nice people and had good conversations. There is a supermarket close by - around 7 minutes drive from the property.

Beware that the drive up to the property is via a narrow steep road - not designed for wide cars. We only had some centimeters on each side of our car that made some of the sharp turns uncomfortable- and we never dared to do the climb when it was dark so we always made sure we were back already before sunset. This narrow steep drive is short, it is manageable and should not scare you from staying in this property. Just be aware to come during daylight on your first drive up. NOTE: the on-site restaurant is under renovation when we came and there was therefore no option for dinner on-site at the moment. If this is an important criteria for you, make sure to call before booking to check when the restaurant will open again.

We liked the location, it is located in hilly green area. The swimming pool was lovely. Our house was just in front of the pool. The breakfast was also lovely and plenty. The stuff was friendly.

The overall experience was amazing. The diversity of workers made the environment comfortable. The view was also amazing.

Friendly staff, nice view, nice breakfast. One of our group was booked in one of the facilities pictured and enjoyed it. Very interesting area.

Pool and bar were unavailable after 7. Two of us ended up in very small, newly added prefabricted units that were nice but difficult to manuever around in. Read carefully to be sure you know what you are booking.

The pool and the playgrounds are great for kids. The view from the hill is spectacular. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't that great. Most of the things were just taken out of the package. The stone house was beautiful but quite moldy. The walls were wet and there were many spots where the paint was coming off due to mold. It's a real shame, because it is a lovely place.
