We stay her several times a year and it is a wonderful property. Never any issues throughout the stay.

The property was wonderful. However, it would have been better if the pool was heated. Also, the water takes a while to get hot for showers and washing your hands. The front door lock wasn’t working for us so we had to enter through the large overhead door all the time. Otherwise everything else was great.

My Family stayed here this past week and had a Great time!! The House is always Perfect!! Plenty of room for everyone. The weather was perfect after the Storm passed through on the weekend and than it was time to enjoy the Lake!! We can’t wait to get back to enjoy some more Good times!!

We use this house regularly since it was built and it never disappoints. Three spacious bedrooms and two baths inside the main residence. An additional attached one bed one bath retreat at the back of the MASSIVE garage. The crystal blue pool is a great place to hang out. Highly recommend this house.

This house fit us perfect! So nice to back the boat into the air conditioned RV garage everyday after being on the lake! The house was nicely remodeled and it was nice to have a casita off of the rv garage away from the rest of the house! The pool was nice and I was expecting it to be a hot pool and it was complete opposite! It was cold and refreshing! Great house and we will book it again!!

Memorial Weekend Fun
My family and I had such a great time at the San Juan property! Plenty of space for large groups, even a little attached casita. There were some hiccups but George was always available (even at 2am) and so helpful. Beds were comfy, including the bunk bed! The pool isn’t heated but it didn’t stop the kids from jumping in and they enjoyed the outdoor shower. The garage was huge! We were able to fit out 22ft boat + a car. Hopefully it won’t be our last time staying at this property!

This home is very nice, clean, roomy and in a good location. It suited our group of eight people (four couples) very well. The only downside is the pool not being heated so a winter stay is not good for any swimming pool enjoyment.

Beautiful, clean, pool house!
Stayed with my two kids and their families. The house had plenty of space for the nine of us.
The casita was excellent for my daughter, her husband and 3 year old son. It gave them privacy and quiet for my grandson. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The huge garage was perfect for our two cars and high profile van -and it was air conditioned! We enjoyed the pool that also had an outside shower area.
Overall, a great experience in a beautiful home. Owners were available and responsive. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Beautiful Home
Pictures alone don’t do it justice. As soon as you walk in it feels like home, beautiful inside and out. Plans were to be at the lake all weekend, we decided to make one day a pool day. Stereo system to play your music with the speakers on the patio and pool side. Will definitely be back for next years trip.

Great house for a family gathering and a day on the lake. Quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that they had way too many plug in air fresheners. It was a bit overwhelming. Not a big deal. We just unplugged them and opened all the windows. Very small issue. Would stay again.

Fabulous outdoor space!
We had a big group for our trip and this house was perfect! We utilized the pool and outdoor area every single day! Easy check in and out, the mini arcade games were a huge hit with the kiddos and adults! We hope to stay here again.

The simple answer is .... great house!
Nothing negative to say about the house whatsoever. Clean, comfortable and no issues whatsoever. The only (very minor) issue was the bunk bed. It's very flimsy. Wouldn't recommend it for two adults. Perhaps the screws need to be tightened or it was just too fragile for grown adults to use. Any movement would cause the whole thing to shake and feel like it might come apart. But again that's a minor issue. Everything else was awesome.

Wonderful Time!
Property was extremely clean which was a huge plus for us. When we first entered the house everything was good except a light bulb that had blown out. Called George he was extremely polite, told him what was going on within the hour we had someone over to give us a brand new bulb. Called George a few more times for a few more questions very responsive and polite. Thank You again definitely recommend!!!

Fabulous Family Vacation
The house was perfect for our family of 11 ranging from all ages, they had everything we needed, from the garage that was spent with the kids running laps back and forth with there light up swords we got from downtown Havasu, to the pool where they spent all day swimming, the best part was the outdoor tv and dining table next to the pool where we got to watch the Seahawks game and still enjoy the warm evening. The pool lights were a hit as well. The whole house was clean and everything worked great. We even got to meet Jeffrey who helped us with all of our questions we did have. Would recommend for anyone to go stay there, from family’s to a group of friends for a fun week in the sun.

We loved our stay!
We had our kids and grand babies with us for our anniversary weekend. This property was perfectly located close to the water. We loved coming back from a day in the sun and relaxing in the pool. This house was updated and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasurable stay! The huge garage (with A/C) was an added bonus. Loved being able to listen to music by the pool and all the tv’s!! We had so much fun!! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Mid Week Getaway
Hidden gem in an older neighborhood. House was clean and nicely decorated, backyard is perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family. All appliances were newer condition and all worked flawlessly, air conditioning in both the house and the garage worked awesome on a couple of very hot days! Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating to requests and inquires. Looking forward to staying here again!

During these difficult times it was very important to my family and I to stay at a rental that was clean and this property exceeded our expectations.
