Lungomare incantevole e spazioso condominio con incredibile vista sul fiume e facile accesso alla spiaggia; a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Bella unità al piano terra con divano in pelle e sedie in soggiorno, camino a gas, TV a schermo piatto con BluRay solo per film in DVD - No TV via cavo. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, con vista fiume e Tillamook Head. Bagno principale ha vasca / doccia combinata con vasca idromassaggio e ripiani in granito. Seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con 2 ° bagno appena adiacente e fuori dalla hall con vasca / doccia combo. La cucina è completamente arredata con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. BBQ elettrico è comodamente riposto nella lavanderia per grigliare all'aperto. Patio appena fuori dal soggiorno è adiacente alla zona erbosa, perfetta per guardare i bambini o semplicemente per passeggiare lungo il percorso del fiume. Ripostiglio con lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità pure. A pochi passi da praticamente ovunque in città. Parcheggio recintato solo per 2 auto, non fumatori o animali domestici.

Lovely, spacious, convenient two-bedroom condo on the ground floor. Technically not ada (bathrooms) but otherwise good for those with disabilities. No stairs. Wide entrances.

This was a very impressive unit. It was exactly as described if not better. We were shocked how large it was. Loved sitting in the living room, fire place going and looking at the river. It was an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Perfect, quiet location - away from the crowds. Super clean, very cozy, comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. Loved the view of the river and geese who visited every morning. Will definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was clean, close to town, and walking distance to the beach. The great thing about this unit is it's on the first floor, so it opens up to a grass yard on the river. So many extras in this unit, very impressed! Would definitely but book again.

This property was amazing! The pictures and description were accurate, but in person it was even better. Very large, spacious, and clean. Our family of 5 really enjoyed it here. It felt like staying in a hotel because of all the toiletries and pantry items. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner at the property and go out to lunch which made the price even better. The toilet handle broke on our second day and the owners replaced it within hours while we were out. We had friends stay closer to the beach and their rooms didn’t even compare to ours. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

The photographs, the information provided on VRBO for this listing were 100% accurate. From beginning to end the process was very easy. The listing was completely secure. It's a very safe Condo. Very clean and kept up meticulously.

We had a great time there - and the condo was outstanding. It was great to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it was comfortable and easy to work in. We did find that the ice dispenser in the fridge door didn't work, but there was always plenty of ice inside the freezer. Also, the TV was quite dated, but it worked fine. Two small things, by no means deal-breakers. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay.
The condo was nice and clean. Very roomy compared to a hotel. There was an issue with the thermostat not working correctly and the batteries for the tv and DVD player remotes were dead. All in all it was very good.

Almost everything was spot on and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing is, the AC didn’t work well. It also would have been nice to have hand soap in the restroom. We had to buy our own and left it behind for the next user or the owner themselves so they could have soap to wash up after using the toilet. And why would we be rationed 2 small trash bags for our stay? Why not leave the box out so we could maybe grab an extra one? We had to empty our trash bags to discard the waste and then reuse the bags, in order to not buy a whole box. All in all we had a nice stay. Thank you.

Just Perfect
The location was gorgeous in its own right - and we could walk, but far enough from downtown and the beach to make it a quiet place to stay.
**Bonus Points for the Jacuzzi. That was such a nice and unexpected treat.

Very nice!
Clean and neat. All appliances in great working order. Dishes galore. Short walk to beach and downtown. Plenty of towels and necessary supplies on hand. Quiet. Gated/secure. Chairs on hand for sitting outside. Nice view of Necanicum River. Nice parking, accommodating two vehicles. Enjoyed having two bathrooms. Bottom line: we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place in Seaside!
This condo is very spacious with a comfortable living room and kitchen. It's located a couple blocks from the end of the promenade so it's a 10 minute walk to Broadway where there are many restaurants and gift shops etc. We will definitely be coming back!

This condo was super nice and quiet. The river view was perfect. We got to see a group of geese with their little goslings. Nice get away!

Wonderful place for the weekend.
Truly a wonderful place to stay. We had two adults and 3 kids (pre-teens). It was perfect for us. The unit was clean and the communication from the owners was clear and precise. I appreciated the contactless check in and check out. We would absolutely come back again!

Wonderful unit!
This was a very clean and well-appointed property. The views of the river were great from the living room and master bedroom area with a nice patio that overlooked the river as well. The gas fireplace was a very welcome addition to take the evening and/or morning chills off. We never needed to run the furnace as the fireplace heated very well. Only negative might be the 2nd bedroom needs new bed pillows--not very supportive and woke up with neck aches both mornings. Otherwise, love this place!

Loved this place!
Very happy with this place! It was clean, very roomy, great location, we were comfortable there, had everything we needed and perfect view from windows. Ladies at the office were awesome! Very friendly and helpful! Great communication overall! Definitely will be coming back and I would recommend this place! :)

We had an absolute blast! Short walk to the ocean, right on the river, clean house and comfortable stay! We can’t wait to go back again!!
