Localizacao para quem quer curtir a praia do futuro eh perfeito. A praia deixou um pouco a desejar pois fica relativamente isolado das demais atividades de Fortaleza, as coisas fecham as 18:00h e nao tem muita o que fazer na regiao da praia. A comida no hotel eh muito boa e o preco razoavel, embora as coisa na praia do futuro sao mais caras que no resto de Fortaleza. Exemplo o Coco.

Everything perfect

The hotel is located in the best city beach in Fortaleza and a short car ride from the city center (15 min). The hotel has a beach bar around 200mts from it that is amazing and the guests can use it for free. The workers are amazing, always trying to help you and make your stay even better! the hotel is very good in terms of ammenities and the toilet is amazing. Breakfast has everything as well as the restaurant that I totally recommend!

the hotel infrastructure needs a little bit come care, some renovations like paiting the walls would make a bit difference (nothing that affects your stay)

Definitely get a room with a beach view. Right across the gorgeous Praia do Futuro, especially its nice parts where you want to hang out anyways. Interestingly enough their barraca (basically a giant area covered with beach huts where they serve foods and drinks) is a bit further away on the beach, but definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was really delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the champagne was a nice extra touch.

Never figured out what discounts we have in their barraca, i.e. for the drinks or the beach chairs - the staff barely explained that.

The reception! when i log in the promised uppgrade to good Viev the next day the other man told me not possible we have rent out to other costumer? I talk to the reception to check out to 2 hours later the day before! It was ok they told me! The next day they come to me at the pool that I must check out 12.00? I dont now if they not understand english and they just say yes or they just want more money? They need to have one who speak better english anyway! and you need to fixing the gym! Very old and broken!

it is really close to the beach and there is a restaurant inside

there was a pipe leaking in the sink and i had to put several towels to keep the bathroom from getting all wet. Also, I took my 9-month-old daughter to the restaurant and asked for her. There was something in it that hurt her legs and the waiter didn’t say anything before. I was really disappointed and will never come back again

I didn't have satisfatory choices for lunch because I didn't eat much.

The hotel is very modern however it feels in need of maintenance. The breakfast buffet is amazing with tons of alternatives. Staff is friendly, polite and very welcoming. Location is great, to go to the beach you only need to cross the street.

The room and hotel overall had some odd smells, probably due to the fact that it has very poor air circulation and all the kitchen smells go up into the main corridors. The rooms are ok but could use a bit more personality, it felt like a very generic hotel experience.

The hotel is in the center of the beach area and very well located. It tries to be 'trendy' but just misses the mark. That being said, it is a very basic hotel, with all that you need to really enjoy the beach. The breakfast was impressive.

Only 2 things good at this hotel: the staffs are polite (even though zero flexibility) and the breakfast

Too expensive for what it offers, pool located in the ground floor with zero sunshine after 2pm (bad project), beach hut they recommend too expensive (they offer a 15% discount for hotel guests but the average price compared to other beach huts are about 40% over - so, they´re stealing us), they (either the hotel and the beach hut) do NOT authorize tip the servers in the credit card, WHAT IS RIDICULOUS and I´ve NEVER EVER SEEN THAT anywhere in this entire planet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel offers great value for your money, located right across from the beach, it has very friendly staff and good facilities. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and served as a buffet, so be prepared to eat a lot. Crocobeach complex on the beach itself is also pretty good and guests have a 15% discount there. I highly recommend the place and their caipirinha!

It was noisier than I expected, housekeeping staff were loud early in the morning, there was a service storage area near my room and that didn’t help. The street was also noisier than expected, but if you don’t mind waking up early that won’t be an issue.
