L’accueil (la prise en charge de nos bagages jusqu’à notre chambre, le personnel très aimable et faisant des efforts pour communiquer avec nous en français et en anglais), le petit déjeuner varié et le service (personnel présent, débarrasse pour épurer la table), les équipements (petit bémol pour la salle de sport où la selle du vélo était cassée), la piscine et son bar, l’emplacement très bien situé (restaurants, plage…).

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de couette sur le lit car le drap pour se couvrir est fin (bémol, lorsque j’ai demandé une couette c’était pour une personne). La salle de sport (selle vélo cassée).

Muito caro para o que entregam. Café da manhã com diversas opções porém não muito saboroso, achei a qualidade abaixo do esperado, almoço extremamente caro R$ 96 reais por pessoa, com esse valor você come em restaurantes sensacionais em Fortaleza.

The location was excellent, that we wished in front the beach, next all the restaurants, shops, banks, close to beach huts selling handicrafts, steakhouses, typical foods. The breakfast is excellent, full of varieties of different typical foods, lots of regional fruits and juices, several types of cakes and breads, tapioca, corn couscous, croissants, eggs and sausages. We were full and satisfied.

Sincerely, we don't have anything that we didn't like. We had only only one issue the A/C in the bedroom, but right away when we informed the reception. They immediately less ten minutes moved us to another excellent bedroom in front the beach. So we don't have anything to complain about the service.

we choose a room in front of the beach. So so noisy! They have just in front of the hotel a bus with music for kids. The floor wasn’t really clean. breakfast was fine. Fir me the pictures show another hotel. Bar in the pool really old.

it is very well located right in front of the beach and all city attractions, friendly and helpful staff.

The building is not very well maintained with a lot of details missing for the potential, size and location.

old and badly maintenance in rooms of 2nd floor. water in shower not goes away and you have literally a pool in shower that’s very bad and unhealthy. also window locker was broke so anyone could get in room and i felt not secure. very expensive 400+ reais for such quality.

the hotel needs refurbishment, parking should be free, the huge volume of people for breakfast (I suggest alternating times for different numbers of rooms), dirty pool and dirty bar with high prices.

The location was loud if you had a beach view room. The elevators were loud. I paid in cash and the guy at reception didn’t want to give me my change. He suggested I consume from the mini bar. The adjustment he made on my receipt was a bit suspect.

Air conditioner was on all day long and was really noisy specially during the night. I’d pay for an upgraded room and it really did not worth it

The daily breakfast is fabulous and the property location is superb. there are great restaurants within walking distance. the bed was comfortable. the hallways were well lit and we always felt safe.

the hotel is a bit old. the room was simple. the bathroom leaked and it was never fixed during our stay neither we were offered another room. I complained to the reception twice. the pool lacked sun umbrellas, so lots of guests were seating in uncovered areas toasting under the 11am heat.
