rooms were very stuffy. air conditioner was working very loud but never cooling. curtains and bedspreads smelled musty.

Absolutely no complaints from the rooms to the service. I am very satisfied

They do not have a parking place. They have an agreement with a private parking not so far, but you must book in advance. when the city is crowd, even the parking is full.

Central location. Good sized bedroom. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

Poor housekeeping and unresponsive manager, who took no action himself to address our concerns - eg dirty and bloodstained pillow, unwashed mugs, lack of safe(removed for repair) and TV controller. had to ask for a duvet as only a sheet on the bed. Breakfast was adequate but could have been better, with, eg, more fresh fruit.

friendly helpful staff, excellent location

Location was amazing right in the centre of Lecce old town and the breakfast was good. Parking was located nearby and was easy to find. Check in was easy.

Room was large enough but smelt a bit damp and the bathrooms were a bit odd (clear glass door). The bed was really really hard.
