Perfect Location for visiting the Bastei Bridge. Nice balcony outside room. Very comfortable. Reception made reservations for Restaurant across the way. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Bath was a little short but this was easily remedied by using hand shower in the bath.

no good dinner option available, the restaurant next to hotel is more focused on serving pricy food for big quantity of people than delivering quality food (nothing homemade, only convenience food and served within a few minutes after ordering), nevertheless the service/waiter were all polite and professional

Stunning location and the staff were so helpful and informative. The room was clean, spacious and had mostly everything we needed (apart from a kettle!). The staff very kindly provided a hot flask with mugs on request though and did advise they were working on providing tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms soon. I was also worried about breakfast being a vegan but there was fruit, muesli and bread/rolls with spreads.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room, also please provide at least one non dairy milk option for breakfast.

I'd say it's pretty pricey but I guess you're paying for location more than anything.

The hotel is located directly at the Basteibrücke and lends itself as a starting point for various hikes around the Elbsandsteingebirge. It's also a short drive from other nature monuments such as the Schrammsteine as well as the city of Dresden. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view from the breakfast room as well as the 'Bergblick' rooms is spectacular.

The beds are quite narrow and the pillows could be more plush. The shower doesn't have a full door which occasionally leads to wet floors in the bathroom.

Location was great. Breakfast has a really good selection. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly, but not overly helpful.

There is not a lot of choices for food nearby- the hotel restaurant has decent (but not great) food for higher prices. There is a beer garden on site but they do not offer much more than snacks.

location was exceptional, the staff being super friendly - had a nice chat with the nightshift guy when i went out to shoot the milky way

you dont really have privacy in the bathroom - the other person in the room can hear everything

The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the location could not be better for the Bastei bridge and lovely hikes.

The wifi is basically non-existent on the third floor. We had to use a portable hotspot for any connectivity. The only other thing we had was our restaurant reservation we made with hotel reception didn't go through one day but thankfully the restaurant had room.

I didn’t like the room - the lowest category in the whole hotel. I guess that through Booking one gets the worst rooms!! A corner room, small, smelly bathroom. It was pretty bad for €135!

Great location! As close as you can get to the Bestei Bridge. Stuff was friendly and when mentioned that the single bed is too small got upgraded to a double bigger room at the same price.

Bar wasn't active - needed a place to chill and drink at night.
