Hotel provides room service, thongs, showers accessories and 1 water bottle per guest everyday. Room is clean; central location. Best thing is no cigarettes smoking smell or incense stick/candle smell in the hotel. Tv is smart tv and it has netflix, youtube...strong wifi. The hotel has 2 frontage. One of the hotel entry is going through a supermarket.

We stay here 4 nights. The last night was on Friday when tourist was coming to Dalat for a short vacation during the weekend so it's quite noisy at night time. There was no showers door so the floor was wet when we took the shower. But it's a minor problem.

Helpful reception staff. Good location. Nice room.

The Location is perfect, right at the center of city, few steps to night market, many traditional food courts surround and there's a convinient store at the ground floor of the hotel.

Not a good choice if you need a quite place to relax.

This hotel is in a great location, distance near many attractions as well as great places to eat. The staff here are seriously the best. The room is nice with ultra comfy bed and a nice spacious feel to the whole place. I ever go back to Da Lat I’m definitely going back here. Until next time, Kim Oanh Orchids!

There were ants in the room when we arrived and when we moved the side table to see where they were coming from it was filthy underneath. Air conditioning turns itself off.
