The nicest room we stayed in during our two weeks traveling around Italy. The room was amazing, clean, exceptionally appointed and so convenient. Lorenzo is an amazing host. You must try the restaurant, Ristorante Ciak, located on the first level. Fresh and delicious local seafood. We had the seafood stew and it was fantastic. More than enough for two.

The daily cleaning was missed on first day.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and over all it was perfect! However, due to its central position, the noise level was quite high throughout the day. The room we stayed in faced a bustling street, and the noise from outside could be heard from 6:00 AM until midnight. Despite this drawback, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable, and there were several outstanding aspects worth mentioning. One of the highlights of the hotel was the room itself. It was spacious, providing ample space to move around comfortably. Additionally, the room boasted a beautiful view, which added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance. Waking up to such a view was certainly a delightful way to start each day. Moreover, the beds in the room were incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring the city, it was a relief to sink into a cozy bed and enjoy a restful night's sleep. The hotel clearly prioritized guest comfort, and it made a significant difference in the overall experience. Another noteworthy aspect was the shower room. It was well-appointed and stocked with high-quality soaps, shampoos, and other amenities. The attention to detail in providing guests with premium bathroom products contributed to a luxurious and pampering stay. It's always a pleasure to have access to such thoughtful amenities that enhance the overall experience. While the noise from the street was a downside of the hotel's central location, it's important to note that this is often an unavoidable aspect of staying in the heart of a vibrant city. However, for those who are particularly sensitive to noise, it may be worth considering alternative accommodations. Nevertheless, the positive aspects of the hotel far outweighed the noise issue for me.

When I requested quiet room at booking, I wish we were told that it wouldn't be possible because of the busy location of the hotel. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

It was a bit noisy, but probably there is no quiet place in Monterosso :)
