El check-in fue muy rápido y sencillo, la atención de Gabriela fue muy cordial y amable, y la ubicación súper recomendable.

Creo que la ropa de blanco, en especial las sábanas deberían renovarse porque se veían muy gastadas, descoloridas e incluso tenían un pequeño agujero. También se podría mejorar la vajilla.

We had to pay in cash. Cards were not accepted. I spent a total of approximately 3 hours to get hold of enough Argentinian cash equal to 200 US $. Try counting 185.000 pesos in 500 denomination bills. It's 370 individual bills. Takes around 5 minutes if you count correctly the first time.

great location, safe and secure with 24 hour security on the desk. comfortable & large bed, good shower and bathroom. lovely rooftop pool but sadly not the right weather to be used but would be great in summer time. lovely and responsive host. would highly recommend.

- Location in the middle of vibrant Palermo Soho - close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and shops. - swimming pool at the rooftop - amazing feature for a hot summer - spacious apartment with a kitchenette, very comfortable - laundromat at the ground floor - very useful after long trip

bathtub could use some renovation, there was no bathtub stopper so it wasn’t possible to take a bath

Loved the location and having a studio apartment was nice to spread out. Security was there 24/7 and the host was great with communication.

The WiFi kept dropping g in and out, had issues trying to remain on it. I believe it could have just been on overload at peak times. I mentioned it to the host and she gave alternate WiFi to use.

the location is perfect! right in the middle of palermo with good restaurants and bars nearby

the room was outdated, with mold on the curtains, bedsheets stained and bathroom facilities old and crumbling also, the hot water didn’t work well and the entire water supply got cut off for a day without notice

We liked the location. It was easy to get to places and very convenient to have restaurants, coffeeshops, train stations and a supermarket around us.

The fact that we had to pay in cash for our stay was a down side. That wasn’t mentioned to us before and it was a trouble for us to withdraw the cash. I think she should be a bit more clear about the payment.

Spacious, clean apartment in a wonderfully central location. Palermo is a very nice neighbourhood full of shops and restaurants. Also, you’re less than 10 minutes’ walk from Plaza Italia, which is a major bus and subway hub. Good to know: we were asked to pay in cash (euro or USD). This is entirely understandable given the currency situation in Argentina. Good tip in general: bring cash from home!

It’s an apartment, not a hotel, so things like getting an iron or a power plug converter take a bit longer. Not a big issue.

The price quoted on booking.com was not the price I was asked to pay by the host. She charges you at the unofficial blue dollar rate which, for me worked out at 70 USD more than what I expected to pay.

we firstly was given the wrong room, then the correct rooms bath was rotten, the wooden beam around the bath tub was crumbling and falling apart, this should not be like this for a 4* rating. stains on bed sheets, the owner did change the sheet however the one which was changed had cigarette burns on the sheet and other stains. when I complained I was offered a partial refund but however I don’t think it was enough considering it was my boyfriends birthday and for the price we paid we shouldn’t have to wait 2 days for the sheets to be changed.
