We had an amazing time. When we did encounter issues issues, Chris was amazing and on it at all times.

We have been coming to SPI for about 30 years. This condo did not disappoint. Location was wonderful. We hadn’t stayed in this area before usually more central of the island. The condo was clean and just as described. I got quick response with any questions from the host. The views were beautiful from the wrap around balcony. Easy access to the beach. The condo well supplied with bath and beach towels. We did bring our favorite kitchen supplies, pans, knives, spatulas and cooking spoons, it’s essential if you’re going to doing some serious cooking. The grilling area a was wonderful for steaks and burgers. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of closets and pantry space. Definitely recommend and would book again.

Everything was spectacular. The condo was perfect with amazing views of the gulf. The hosts answered any questions we had immediately. We had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors who were so kind and welcoming. Also, we met, Virginia, the housekeeper of the condo, who also welcomed us and told me to call/text if we needed anything. She was priceless, we could have talked for hours.

Location is perfect! Condo is great! We never turned on the TVs as we were so entertained with everything else around us! Easy check in, great communication, great condo! Already planning next years trip!

Great location. Lights and light switches were confusing and were minimal. In the guest guide it asks to replace toilet paper, paper towels, detergent. Never was asked that from any VRBO. It is an old condo and shows. There is a trundle bed under one of the beds that was never mentioned.

We loved the location of this place. Right on the beach. The whole island was quiet while we were there compared to what we expected. Communication with the host, while we didn’t really need anything, was good. There were a few minor things that could use a little repairing that we mentioned after leaving and they seemed like they would fix those little things.

The place was perfect for our needs and had a great view and location. The property was nice - great pool, quiet. And it was so easy to get to the beach from there. Our kids loved it and it was a good size for our family of 5. The internet was out while we were there so that wasn't ideal, but I assume that isn't the usual so I didn't count against it for that. The owners were very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Everything about it was exactly what we were looking for and as described - we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Me, my husband and our 4 children stayed here & we loved it. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and the beach was perfect for kids. We would absolutely come here again.

Perfect location. Plenty of space for the whole family. No issues at all. I think the only thing I’d change after staying here 3 years in a row would be to put thicker material on the rolling shades to keep more light/heat out of the condo in the hotter months. It’s still comfortable but I’m sure the AC is working hard to keep the place perfect. Just some constructive feedback from loyal users of this great rental!

Sea Vista’s location was perfect for us! We loved being at the end of the row of hotels/condos/resorts. It felt very uncrowded, even though there were lots of people. We had no vehicle, but could walk or free shuttle (very close shuttle stop) everywhere. When we needed a cab or Uber, one was quickly available. We even rented a golf cart for a day for more freedom and flexibility! The unit was perfect for our needs; watching sunrise from our balcony over coffee was so amazing! And the beach was the best! Clean, uncrowded, lots of shells-just heavenly! We would definitely come back, not only to South Padre Island, but to Sea Vista 316!

Five of us totally enjoyed the condo. Playing in the water and walking on the beach were the highlight. We enjoyed eating at Dirty Al’s and Josephine’s Kitchen. Great dolphin watching tour with The Original Dolphin Watch. The condo was a little hard to find at first but that helps it be quiet. The balcony in front of the living room is only about 3 feet wide, not wide enough to put a chair on. There is a very nice wraparound balcony in front of the master bedroom.

The condo was just as it was described. Beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach. Loved being in the south end of the island a bit away from the activity. Easy to drive or ride the transit to the restaurants and night life. Perfect place for our family of 6 adults.

We loved our stay at Sea Vista. Beds were comfy, view was fantastic. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There were very few glasses, cookware, utensils, etc.

Sea Vista complex overall is very nice and gated for safety. View is exceptional and pool well maintained. The unit itself needs improvements. Beds were uncomfortable and had stains on comforters. One bedroom had no TV while the other we could never get beyond channel 1. The lighting was dim and had an exposed outlet in the living room so we couldn’t use the lamp. Bathrooms need some deep cleaning. I would stay at Sea Vista again but not in this condo. It could be so much better.

We try and getaway to SPI every year and every year we try and book this property. We’ve stayed at different condos in SPI and this property is by far our favorite. The property is very clean and very family friendly. The cleaning staff is top notch and very friendly. We look forward to another great stay next year.
