I liked the fact, that this property exists. Since there were hardly any options in the city for our group of 8. It’s location was quite ok, due to its proximity to Ercyes dagi, which we intended to climb. There were several shops and bakerys in the area. The rooms were big enough for our group.

There was no air-conditioning in the rooms, which made our stay a little bit unpleasant. There were also problems with the kitchen equipments. We did not have enough glasses, plates, forks and spoons. Although we booked our rooms for 8 people, they just gave us 6 bedsheets and towels, so we had to ask fir them fir another 2.

Good location, short drive from the airport. Friendly staff.

Everything was perfect, for the price paid. We felt very safe, safe entrance in the building, surveillance cameras in the hallways, the apartment very safe, no one bothered us with anything. Very clean, contrary to the reviews I read, but I don't expect 5 stars either, when I clearly know that I booked at 3 stars. I am glad that I chose this accommodation. Mr. Ulusoy, from the reception, very helpful, speaks English very well and helped us from the first evening, with the lacks in the apartment, immediately gave us everything we needed.Thank you, Ulusoy, see you next winter!

Maybe a better training of the cleaning ladies would be good - more careful with the cleaning substances used - they kind of destroyed the sink and shower batteries. The carpets and upholstery of the headboard of the beds, and sofas need cleaning. I felt the lack of bedside tables and a microwave oven. But the price, comfort, safety and privacy compensated for all that.

Caution! In room 943 on 9th floor are bed bugs! Probably they occur on all rooms 9th floor or others level. We were badly bitten. Personel don't speak english, so it made extra confusion in this case. Personel weren't suprised this situation, which means they have known about insects.

The apartment is right in the center of Talas town. Nice unit facing the main road.
