OCEANFRONT - Bel condominio al 4 ° piano, con ampie vedute sull'oceano! Balcone con vista sul famoso lungomare e con pochi passi al sentiero sulla spiaggia, questo condominio è perfetto per una vacanza sulla spiaggia. Ristoranti e negozi sono a 2 isolati a nord, e naturalmente la spiaggia; solo passi avanti. Camera da letto ha re letto TV via cavo / DVD e bagno padronale ha una vasca / doccia combo. Il secondo bagno è comune alla sala. Il soggiorno ha un letto Queen Murphy e un divano letto queen-size, TV e DVD. La cucina è completamente arredata e include lavastoviglie. Mobili da esterno per il vostro divertimento sul balcone per guardare i meravigliosi tramonti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco disponibili per gli ospiti al piano terra. Parcheggio per 2 veicoli. A pochi passi da praticamente ovunque in città. No animali. NOTA: QUESTO È UN BENE IMMOBILE. NON PUOI FUMARE NELLE CAMERE, SU BALCONI, AREE COMUNI O PAZIENTI.

Beautiful view, great location, spacious condo. Everything was very clean and tidy! You can tell the condo, fixtures, and appliances are old, but only because of the style. It was a bit like a time capsule, and I mean that in the most positive way. We loved it! We were shocked that everything looked so great and nicely kept. We highly recommend this place!

The location was ideal! The property was very dated but clean. Communication was great. We had a few requests and they were timely addressed.

The location is great. And I love having two bathrooms and a king size bed. But there are several things that need work. One of the burners on the stove doesn’t work. The toaster is not working correctly. The shower in the master bath is difficult to use and has a rusty drain. The screen door going out to the deck needs to be replaced. We had to rub it with dish soap in order to get it to slide closed. The curtain rods are not adequate for the weight of the curtains. We bought some air fresheners just because the place smelled so musty.

This was an incredible place to stay in Seaside. It was within walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and downtown. It was also close to golf courses,
Only thing that would have been nice was a listing of TV stations. We ended up making our own little guide.

Perfect for us. Close to Broadway, easy access to the beach and a fabulous view. We will certainly rent again next time we come to Seaside, OR!

Beautiful view. Clean, which is always a huge plus! The bedroom bathroom shower needs to be fixed and overall could use a few updates. The bed was comfortable and living room furniture also comfortable.
Be advised that the bedroom is right by the elevator. People don’t always think about the fact that someone may want to sleep until 8am when on vacation 😊

Stayed with my young daughter and some friends. The place was very clean and had very comfortable furniture. The only negative I would say is the kitchen was slightly lacking in cooking equipment. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring what you need. Location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect with the view from the fourth floor being wonderful. However, as many other guests have stated the decor is very dated and needs to be updated...even adding a bedskirt would improve the bedroom.
The kitchen is well stocked. The notebook with WIFI information is useful to a point, but needs to have a lot more information (e.g. how to access the VHS, VCR from the TV). There were no instructions. Also, stating that the weather/Tsunami alert beeps when batteries are low...we had not experienced this item before and had no idea how it worked. Meanwhile, there were notes on the machine not to turn it off or take out the batteries! So, the machine was beeping about every 10 minutes until we contacted management.

The condo was easy to find, check in was also very simple with the key code. The building was quiet, clean and spacious. The view from the 4th floor balcony was the highlight of this spot, as well as a convenient location to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the off season serenity of Seaside.

Due to an internet outage our check in was a bit of a challenge. We appreciated the highly responsive property manager. We noticed food crumbs and hair on couch from previous tenants. Other than lackluster cleaning crew our stay was great. Loved the quiet and the view from balcony.

Fantastic view of the ocean from our deck along the Prom. Large unit with two bathrooms. Fit our needs perfectly and we want to come back. Had perfect weather and only a long block to shopping! We give it an A+!

The view was stunning and the overall space was lovely. A few issues: main door, 1 shower, and hair dryer. The main door I was unable to open once I was inside. The property manager came to help with the TV but even she has issues opening in for several minutes. We had to leave from the side door to open the front door so then we could lock the side door and lastly the main door. One of the showers, we were unable to pull up on the faucet so the shower would work. So we used the other shower. The hair dryer also did not work well at all. Lots of work around but the overall view and location made up for all of these work around s.

Excellent view and close to everything. Would definitely stay again. Elevator was in and out of service and we were on the top floor, but could probably use the exercise.

We had to change our plans without much notice but the agency staff were so accommodating and kind, it was a big relief. Our stay was great - the condo was spotlessly clean, interior is a bit dated but it's well maintained and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals and hang out for the weekend. Parking was convenient, you're staying next to shops and restaurants, plus a fabulous view of the beach. The elevator made it really easy to get our luggage up and down. Temperature inside was nice and warm despite the chilly weather, and cable/internet worked great. The building was very quiet, I imagine it might get more lively in the summer. We went out to Ecola State Park and Manzanita since the weather was sunny, and there's lots more nearby to explore next time!

The view and location are amazing. We walked most places we went. The views are wonderful because there is a balcony you can go out and enjoy or just leave the door open a little and have the sounds of the ocean. The unit wasn’t very clean. The dishes were dirty so we washed them before we used them. Like standing grease in the pans. The bathrooms had hair from other people on the floors and walls. So more attention to cleaning would be great. The location and price made it all worth it. We don’t mind cleaning but some people might not want to do that on their vacation.

Customer service was great and accomodating. You can't beat the view and proximity to the beach. The place was clean and we were grateful for the elevator as the place we had was on the 4th floor. The place really needs an upgrade and the beds were not comfortable. All appliances worked but the only hair dryer in the unit was awful. Also we found a small fall with burn marks on it laying on the floor by the elevator. Thankfully, I saw it first before my toddler got a hold of it. Ok place for last minute travel plans.

Great place to stay right on the beach and walking distance to everything fun. My family of 6 stayed here very comfortably. We also loved the balcony.

Great Location and view
We enjoyed the view and watching people from this condo. The kitchen had everything that I needed to fix our meals except a working toaster. The toaster in the condo does not work. The carpet, sofa and love seat are in need of a good cleaning, yhey had stains. The mattress on the bed in the bedroom needs to be replaced. My husband went to get up in the middle of the night and had the side of the mattress give out on him and he landed hard on his knee on the floor We are just thankful that he did not hit is head on the dresser that is close by. The best was the tape around the kitchen window frame. All the windows with the exception of the bedroom window leak to some extent.

The location is good. The condo is very dated; it was a blast from the past, for sure! There's maintenance that obviously hasn't been taken care of for years.

Beach break
Location was great, in the middle of things we wanted to do, right on the Prom and beach beyond. Property is older but represented well by the description and pictures. There was some damage to the screen door which was addressed quickly with good communication to/from the hosts. Overall, was what we expected and where we wanted to be.

35+ year old property that shows it
Not good. Run down property that hasn't been updated in 35+ years. Light bulbs burnt out, no sheets for third bed, among other oversight items. If you want a place to stay set in the 1980s, this is your spot, otherwise there are many much newer and updated properties next door.

Amazing location for the price
Condo is definitely older and could use a lot of upgrades but it was clean and comfortable and the location is phenomenal! We absolutely loved our stay here and would rent this unit again in a heartbeat...can’t beat the price for the location.
